Nowadays, for every natural persons’ who want to save money for the future, investments are inseparable from personal property, all individual person have the choice to use the money for current needs or invest in the future, so having decided to invest and to effectively manage their investments, natural persons have to evaluate many factors and criteria that helps you succeed in shaping your investment policy and maximizing your return on investment by choosing the most appropriate level of risk. In the study of the Professional BA thesis, the investments of natural persons are analyzed in the theoretical and practical aspects, investment options alternatives are analyzed in Lithuanian commercial banks. There are overview of investment measures offered to a natural person, investment management process and portfolio selection alternatives. The analysis of the investment opportunities of individuals from 2013 to 2017 in the following banks: SC “Swedbank“, SC “SEB“ and SC “Citadelė“ , with particular attention to the investment funds offered by these banks because investment funds are a very alternative choice for a natural person. BA thesis also presents a balanced strategy for a natural persons investment portfolio, investing for a period of 5 years, an optimistic and pessimistic option. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate alternatives to investment choices in Lithuanian commercial banks for a natural person. For research purposes were analyzed scientific literature and articles. When evaluating investment funds of commercial banks, the investment funds' financial statements are used. The research show that the most effective investment in the "Citadelė" bank's time deposit. When choosing equity, bonds and alternatives investment funds, the best investment for 5 years is to invest in “Swedbank” funds (equity: Templeton BRIC Fund, alternative: Templeton Global Balanced Fund, bond: Franklin Euro High Yield Fund). SEB's Strategic Growth Fund is the most profitable investment fund for SEB 5 years.	en
dc.description.abstract	Nusprendę investuoti ir norėdami efektyviai valdyti investicijas, fiziniai asmenys turi įvertinti daugelį veiksnių ir kriterijų, kurie padeda sėkmingai formuoti savo investicinę politiką bei gauti kuo didesnį pajamingumą, pasirenkant priimtiniausią rizikos laipsnį. Profesinio bakalauro baigiamojo darbo tyrime fizinių asmenų investicijos nagrinėjamos teoriniu ir praktiniu aspektu, analizuojamos investicijų pasirinkimo alternatyvos Lietuvos komerciniuose bankuose, apžvelgiamos investicinės priemonės siūlomos fiziniam asmeniui, investicijų valdymo procesas bei portfelio pasirinkimo alternatyvos. Analizuojama fizinių asmenų investavimo galimybės AB ,,Swedbank“, AB ,,SEB“ ir AB ,,Citadelė“ bankuose, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant šių bankų siūlomiems investiciniams fondams. Darbe taip pat pateikiama fizinio investuotojo investicinio portfelio subalansuotos strategijos, investuojant 5 metų laikotarpiui, optimistinis ir pesimistinis variantas, siekiant nustatyti ar investiciniai fondai alternatyvus pasirinkimas investiciniam portfeliui.	en_US
