dc.description	Design of the Interior of the Investment Centre at 1 Vilniaus St., Kretinga. Investment activities have been popular and relevant all the time around the world. One of the first investments was in raw materials. Coins were minted from precious metals and thus the first money emerged. Over time, investment objects have changed and expanded, so today we can invest our assets in: stocks, bonds, cash, commodities, investment funds, real estate, collectibles, investing directly in business and so on. These activities were primarily managed by banks. In 1918-1940 the emergence and development of banks in Lithuania is associated with the development of capitalist relations. The different development of banks in specific regions of Lithuania was also determined by the difficult political situation in the country. The bank buildings were representative and solid. Not only did they stand out for their architecture, but they were adorned with the best works of the artists of the time. 2011 a sharp decline in bank service outlets was recorded. Today, the bank's buildings are one of the most important architectural objects in Lithuania, but no activities are carried out in them. Residents and tourists cannot visit these sites and see the cultural heritage. Conversion projects at a cultural heritage site are very compicated. For designers or architects, heritage conversions set strict limits. Because there are no standard solutions or standard here anymore. All styles are only possible as long as they have an interface with the historical context. As a result, it is difficult for project developers to realize their ideas as developers. Kretinga is one of the oldest cities in western Lithuania, an urban monument with about 20 thousand. population. The city is not considered a resort, but located near Palanga attracts a lot of tourists. The idea is to resurrect the building of the former Bank of Lithuania, which has not been used for some time. To merge history, ethnography and the needs of today into a whole. The main principle of interior design is to create a dynamic environment without compromising the heritage itself. 7 After analyzing historical context and architecture, it became clear how important it is to preserve the authentic elements. All the protected values have been preserved in the interior and the new activities poured in perfectly represent Lithuania as a country and the region of Samogitia.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Investicijų centro buvusiame Lietuvos banko Vilniaus g. 1, Kretingoje interjero projektas Investavimo veikla buvo populiari ir aktuali visais laikais visame pasaulyje. Vienos pirmųjų investicijų buvo žaliavos. Iš tauriųjų metalų buvo kalamos monetos ir taip atsirado pirmieji pinigai. Su laiku investicijų objektai keitėsi ir plėtėsi, tad šiai dienai savo turtą galime investuoti į: akcijas, obligacijas, grynuosius pinigus, žaliavas, investicinius fondus, nekilnojamą turtą, kolekcines vertybes, tiesiogiai investuodami į verslą ir pan. Šios veiklos valdymu pirmiausia užsiėmė bankai. 1918-1940m. bankų atsiradimas ir kūrimasis Lietuvoje siejamas su kapitalistinių santykių plėtra. Skirtingą bankų plėtrą konkrečiuose Lietuvos regionuose nulėmė ir sudėtinga krašto politinė padėtis. Bankų pastatai buvo reprezentatyvūs ir solidūs. Jie išsiskyrė ne tik architektūra, bet juos puošė geriausi to meto dailininkų darbai. 2011 m. fiksuotas staigus bankų aptarnavimo vietų mažėjimas. Šiai dienai banko pastatai yra vieni svarbiausių architektūrinių objektų Lietuvoje, tačiau juose nevykdoma jokia veikla. Gyventojai ir turistai negali aplankyti šių objektų ir pamatyti kultūros paveldo. Konversijų projektai kultūros paveldo objekte yra labai sudėtingi. Dizaineriams ar architektams paveldo išsaugojimas nustato griežtas ribas. Nes čia standartinių sprendinių ar standarto jau nėra. Visi stiliai yra galimi tik tol, kol jie turi sąsają su istoriniu kontekstu. Dėl to projekto rengėjams yra sunku realizuoti savo, kaip kūrėjų idėjas. Kretinga – vienas seniausių vakarų Lietuvos miestų, urbanistikos paminklas, turintis apie 20 tūkst. gyventojų. Miestas nėra laikomas kurortu, bet įsikūręs netoli Palangos sulaukia nemažai turistų. Idėja yra prikelti jau kuris laikas nenaudojamą buvusio Lietuvos banko pastatą. Sulieti istoriją, etnografiją ir šių dienų poreikius į visumą. Pagrindinis interjero projektavimo principas .– sukurti dinamišką aplinką neužgaunant pačio paveldo. Išanalizavus visą surinktą medžiagą tapo aišku, kaip svarbu yra išsaugoti autentiškus elementus. Interjere išsaugotos visos saugomos vertybės ir įlieta nauja veikla puikiai reprezentuoja Lietuvą kaip šalį, bei Žemaitijos regioną.	en_US
