In the Bachelor thesis the search of human recourses, adaptation phases, human recourse management modernization and strategic directions are being explored, human recourses management improvements in SP „Volfas Engelman”. The theoretical part of the thesis reveals: the concept of human recourse organization, strategic management of personnel management, personnel search process, adaptation stages. In the practical part: improvement of personnel management in SP personnel search process and adaptation stages, personnel management strategic directions and modernization measures. The aim of the professional BA thesis: to provide the direction of improvement to the personnel organization. Tasks of the thesis: to define the theoretical aspects of the personnel organization, to investigate the opinion of the respondents on the management of the personnel organization, after analyzing the management of the personnel management at SP „Volfas Engelman” to submit proposals for improving the management of the personnel management system. Methods of the professional BA thesis: systematic, comparative and logical analysis of scientific literature; methods for collecting and analyzing primary and secondary data; empirical research standardized interview method; results in numerical and graphical form. The structure: The work consists of an ntroduction, three parts and conclusions and recommendations. The research method was interview. Investigation revealed the opinion of the wise people regarding the management of the personnel management at SP „Volfas Engelman”. Following the theoretical analysis of the directions of improvement of the personnel organization, it can be stated that: management of the personnel management is understood as the management of employees in order to achieve the goals of the organization. The employees of SP „Volfas Engelman” positively assessed the management of the personnel management. It is recommended to improve the application of the latest method, involving all employees of the organization and implementing new, modern projects. The work consists of 58 pages, 4 tables, 20 pictures, 40 references and sources of information, 11 appendices. en
