dc.description	The object of the final research work is the land plot with buildings. The paper analyzes and summarizes the legislation and scientific literature regulating the identification and registration of land plot and cadastral data in the real estate register. The literature has been analyzed using scientific review and analysis methods. In the paper was collected cadastral data of land plot, residential and farm buildings. Identified the points of the land plot boundaries and restrictions of the land use. Drawn the situation of buildings in the land plot. Set external and internal parameters for residential building, also submitted explication of the internal areas, heights. For farm buildings have been set external parameters. Cadastral measurements file has been created for residential building, filled 1A, 2A, 3 and 1F forms in which provided the main data of buildings, components and photos. dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo tyrimo objektas – namų valdos žemės sklypas su jame esančiais statiniais. Darbe išanalizuoti ir apibendrinti teisės aktai ir mokslinė literatūra, reglamentuojanti žemės sklypo ir pastatų kadastro duomenų nustatymą ir registravimą nekilnojamojo turto registre. Literatūra išanalizuota taikant mokslinės literatūros apžvalgos ir analizės metodus. Darbe surinkti kadastro duomenys apie žemės sklypą, bei gyvenamosios ir pagalbinio ūkio paskirties pastatus. Žemės sklypui nustatytos ribos posūkių koordinatės, sklype esančios naudmenos, bei žemės naudojimo apribojimai. Nubraižytas statinių išdėstymo planas sklype. Gyvenamosios paskirties pastatui nustatyta – išorės ir vidaus parametrai, pateikta vidaus plotų eksplikacija, patalpų aukščiai. Pagalbinio ūkio pastatams – išorės parametrai. Gyvenamosios paskirties pastatui suformuota kadastrinių matavimų byla, užpildytos 1A; 2A; 3 ir 1F formos, kuriose pateikti pagrindiniai pastato duomenys, sudedamosios dalys, bei statinio nuotraukos. Pagrindinės sąvokos: žemės sklypas, pastatas, nekilnojamojo daikto kadastro duomenų nustatymas, kadastrinių matavimų byla.	en_US
