dc.description	The final paper – Visualization of the exterior and interior of a residential house. Student Eglė Survilaitė, scientific supervisor dr. Renata Gudaitienė; Kauno kolegija/University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Technologies, Department of Media Technologies – Kaunas, 2021. In this work visualizations of the exterior and interior of a residential house have been created. The final work consists of two parts - analytical analysis and practical project design. The main problem – while using only architectural drawings it is hard to visualize the final appearance of the object, coordinate the building process. The analytical analysis part describes the company of the client, its activities and samples of exterior and interior visualization. It also includes a review of the current exterior and interior design trends in the market as well as various available software and reasons behind the choice of software for this project. The practical part of the project describes the main object of the paper – the process of creating visualizations for a residential house. It also includes a review of the architectural house drawings provided by the client that leads to developing a work plan. It is followed by a description of the visualization process, the exterior and interior modelling process, the selection and application of various lightings, textures, backgrounds and other details. Finally, it also presents economic costs and occupational safety requirements. Conclusions, list of used sources and additional materials are presented at the end of the work. Created visualisations of a residential house interior and exterior. Exterior is presented with an introduction video, interior with a virtual tour created by using 360-degree photos. The paper consists of 50 pages, 4 tables, 34 illustrations, 29 literature sources, 18 appendixes. dc.description.abstract	Baigiamasis darbas – Gyvenamojo namo eksterjero ir interjero vizualizacija. Studentė Eglė Survilaitė, darbo vadovė dr. Renata Gudaitienė; Kauno kolegija, Technologijų fakultetas. Medijų technologijų katedra – Kaunas, 2021. Šio baigiamojo darbo metu buvo sukurtos gyvenamojo namo eksterjero ir interjero vizualizacijos. Baigiamasis darbas susideda iš dviejų dalių – analitinės ir projektinės. Problema – pasitelkiant tik architektūrinius brėžinius sunku įvertinti galutinį objekto vaizdą, suderinti statybos procesą. Analitinėje dalyje aprašoma užsakovo įmonės veikla, nagrinėjami interjero ir eksterjero vizualizacijų pavyzdžiai. Apžvelgiamos šiuo metu rinkoje populiarios gyvenamųjų namų eksterjero ir interjero idėjos. Taip pat nagrinėjama vizualizacijų kūrimui naudota programinė įranga ir pagrindžiamas darbo atlikimui pasitelktos įrangos pasirinkimas. Projektinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje aprašomas darbo objekto – gyvenamojo namo vizualizacijų, sukūrimo procesas. Apžvelgiami užsakovo pateikti brėžiniai ir sukuriamas darbų planas. Aprašomas vizualizacijų kūrimas, eksterjero ir interjero modeliavimo eiga, tekstūrų, apšvietimo, aplinkos ir kitų vizualizacijų detalių pasirinkimas bei pritaikymas. Pateikiami atliktų ekonominių skaičiavimų rezultatai ir darbo saugos reikalavimai. Darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados, naudotų šaltinių sąrašas ir priedai. Sukurtos individualaus gyvenamojo namo eksterjero ir interjero vizualizacijos. Eksterjerui sukurtas pristatomasis filmukas, interjerui pasitelkiant 360 laipsnių vizualizacijas, sukurtas virtualus turas. Darbą sudaro 50 puslapių, 4 lentelės, 34 paveikslai, 29 literatūros šaltiniai, 18 priedų.	en_US
