Santrauka:
Description:
Bees are an integral part of the ecosystem, on which the productivity of most plants depends.
Once people realized the benefits of bees and the products they provide, hunting beekeeping began
and evolved over time. Beehives were started to be made from bees, straw, clay, and later from
wooden boards. Beekeeping has moved near households. With the invention of removable frames, a
new era of beekeeping began. Many different hives were created, differing in their dimensions and
frame sizes. In order to adapt the hives to different climatic conditions, not only wood but also
polystyrene and ceramic plates were introduced for the production of hives.
The main purpose of this work is to design a hive and describe its production technology,
providing detailed technical documentation and a workshop plan.
Working methods: review and analysis of scientific literature and use of practical
knowledge. Hive design with „Inventor“ program and workshop plan design with „AutoCAD“
program.
After the analysis of the scientific literature, it can be stated that the most popular hives in
Lithuania are of the Dadan - Blato type, which are made of wood, because such hives are stronger,
more natural, more breathable.
In the technological part, a list of product details was compiled and the required amount of
materials for the production of the product was calculated. The wood waste of the product, the cost
of sanding areas and sanding materials, the cost of finishing areas and finishing materials were also
calculated. A technological process has been developed for all product details and the efficiency and
quantity of technological equipment have been calculated. The required workshop area for the
equipment has been calculated.
In the structural part of the work, an additional part of the hive was designed - a precondition.
The energy part calculates the electricity and compressed air consumption for the production
of the product.
In the economic part, the analysis of the business environment in Lithuania is performed.
Also, a list of material and energy costs was compiled in this section. Estimated industrial waste and
energy costs. A product cost list has been prepared.
The section on human safety describes occupational safety requirements in the work
environment.
