dc.description	Thesis consists of three main parts: basic information about warehousing theory, UAB “Brenntag Lietuva” logistics characteristics and warehousing process, results for research were analyzed, the main warehousing processes’ problems in UAB UAB “Brenntag Lietuva” were identified. Possible solutions for company’s warehousing processes’ improvement were evaluated and chosen according to the theoretical model, based on analysis. The main problem of (professional BA thesis) - It is important for a company to carry out smooth logistics processes, so it is necessary to choose the best logistics management methods for a modern company. Therefore, it can be said that from the company's warehouse work affects the entire production cycle of its consistency and fluency, and storage performance improvement makes each company in one of the major challenges. Warehousing process affects the efficiency of the company. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - to analyze warehousing processes management of a business enterprise and identify problem areas, to carry out quantitative research and to provide design solutions for process improvement.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama sandėliavimo proceso reikšmė logistinėje grandinėje, aptariami įvairių autorių sandėliavimo proceso apibrėžimai, išskiriamas sandėliavimo valdymas bei verslo valdymo sistemų taikymas; analitinėje dalyje – pateikiama tiriamos įmonės logistinė veikla, pristatomi sandėliavimo proceso valdymo tyrimo metodai ir pateikiama rezultatų analizė bei rastos problemos; projektinėje dalyje įvardinami konkretūs sprendimo būdai nustatytoms problemoms spręsti. Darbo problema. Kaip padidinti įmonės efektyvumą, tobulinant sandėliavimo proceso valdymą? Darbo tikslas - išanalizavus sandėliavimo proceso valdymą teoriniu aspektu, nustatyti sandėliavimo proceso tobulinimo galimybes UAB „Brenntag Lietuva“.	en_US
