| dc.description | In theoretical part there will be a look into service concept and development throught the years, written down the the methods for service quality reserach. There will be a „Vila Arnika“ stats and analysis, Swot analysis, empirical research methods and results in analitical part. And in a practical part there will be written the recommendations and suggestions for service quality improvement at the guest house „Vila Arnika“. The main problems are that company has almost only 15 % of loyal clients. Also numbers of clients per year and net profit are decreasing in the last two years. The main goal is to evaluate the „Vila Arnika“ service quality and present the recommendations of service quality improvement. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjama paslaugų samprata ir raida, aprašomos metodikos paslaugų kokybei tirti. Analitinėje dalyje aprašoma įmonė „Vila Arnika“, empirinio tyrimo metodai bei tyrimo rezultatai. Pateikiama SSGG analizė. Praktinėje dalyje įvardintos rekomendacijos ir pasiūlymai svečių namų „Vila Arnika“ paslaugų kokybės gerininimui. Darbo problema – įmonė „Vila Arnika“ lojalių klientų turi mažiau nei 15 %.
