| dc.description | Relevance: Hippotherapy is already well known all around the world, but less lithuanian people use or even know about horses‘ positive impact in human‘s health. Hippotherapy is mostly used in treating development disorders and cerebral paralysis. Even if cerebral paralysis (CP) is incurable desease, equine-assisted therapy is one method to be effective in improving patient‘s physical and emotional health. The problem: How does hippotherapy effect child‘s with cerebral paralysis desease psychic and emotional condition, balance and core stability? The purpose: To asses the effect of hippotherapy, on child with cerebral paralysis desease, psychic and emotional condition, balance and core stability The object – child with cerebral paralysis desease. Questions: 1. How did informant's emotional condition change during the treatment? 2. Was the girl motivated for hippotherapy sessions? 3. What is the effect of hippotherapy for child's physical condition? 4. Is hippotherapy effective for cerebral paralysis treatment? Methods and subjects: interview and active observation methods were used. Muscle strength evaluation and modified children’s balance scales were used as additional information collection tools. The informant: fifteen years old girl with cerebral paralysis desease Results: both interview and active observation showed positive hippotherapy effects on child‘s with cerebral paralysis psychic and emotional condition, balance. Improved balance and less spastic muscles were also noted. Insight: Hippotherapy sessions are beneficial for children with cerebral paralysis desease, especially for their psychic and emotional condition. Appropriate relationship between the patient and a horse is crucial from the beginning of the treatment and leads to more motivation for the upcoming sessions: patients trust horses more, thus does the exercises with more confidence and courage. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Temos aktualumas - Hipoterapija pasaulyje bei Europoje yra žinoma jau daugelį metų, bet Lietuvoje mažai kalbama apie visapusišką žirgų naudą žmogaus organizmui. Žirgų terapija yra ypatingai naudojama raidos sutrikimus turintiems žmonės bei sergantiems cerebriniu paralyžiumi (CP). CP yra nepagydoma liga, bet žirgų pagalba galima pagerinti bendrą žmogaus būklę. Tyrimo problema - Kokia hipoterapijos įtaka vaiko psichoemocinei būklei, pusiausvyrai ir liemens kontrolei esant cerebriniam paralyžiui? Tyrimo objektas - Vaikas, sergantis cerebriniu paralyžiumi. Tyrimo tikslas - Atskleisti hipoterapijos įtaką vaiko psichoemocinei būklei, pusiausvyrai, ir liemens kontrolei esant cerebriniam paralyžiui. Tyrimo klausimai: 1. Kaip kito informantės emocinė būklė hipoterapijos užsiėmimų metu? 2. Kokia mergaitės motyvacija hipoterapijos užsiėmimams? 3. Kokia hipoterapijos įtaka vaiko fizinei būklei? 4. Ar hipoterapijos užsiėmimai naudingi esant cerebriniam paralyžiui? Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji – Pasirinktas interviu ir aktyvaus stebėjimo metodas. Kaip pagalbai duomenų rinkimo metodai buvo naudojamas raumenų jėgos vertinimas, pusiausvyros. Testavimui naudojami raumenų jėgos matavimas ir modifikuota pusiausvyros skalė pritaikyta vaikams. Informantas: penkiolikos metų mergaitė serganti cerebriniu paralyžiumi. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai – Interviu, bei aktyvus paciento stebėjimas parodė, kad hipoterapija teigiamai veikia vaiko psichoemocinę būklę, pusiausvyrą, mažina raumenų spastiškumą, gerina vaiko pusiausvyrą. (plačiau) Įžvalgos: Hipoterapijos užsiėmimai yra naudingi vaikams, sergantiems cerebriniu paralyžiumi, ypatingai vaiko psichoemocinei būsenai. Tinkamai užmegztas ryšys su žirgu tyrimo pradžioje užtikrina didesnę motyvaciją tolimesniems užsiėmimams: asmenys labiau pasitiki žirgu, drąsiau ir su didesniu noru atlieka pratimus. | en_US |
