Throughout the final research project the main attention is focused on the companies financial performance and forecasts. Since our modern society creates a fast paced and competitive environment, it is extremely important to be up to date with current financial state of the business. In order to appropriately evaluate financial state of the business, it is very important to obtain reliable and recent information which aids analysis itself and supports decision making and suggests improvements to the strategy and day to day running of the business. Issue with research project. Attention that company directors or authorized persons pay in respect to financial performance is insufficient and as a result strategy and future of the business is not evaluated suitably and taken into account then making decisions. Objective of the research project. After analysing financial statements of limited liability company “Lavi” to produce independent evaluation of company’s financial state and its forecasts. Methods of research project. Using academic literature about analysis of financial performance and systems, apply knowledge to real life statements of UAB “Lavi”. Evaluate company’s position using horizontal, vertical and relative models and reliability of financial forecasts. Structure of the research project. Theoretical part of the project reveals summarised findings from performing independent evaluation, its meaning and methods used. In addition financial forecasts have been analysed using theoretical models. In the practical part of the project company is introduced, their activities defined, detailed evaluation of company’s financial state is performed and theoretical forecasts are produced. Research project results. Complete analysis on financial performance of UAB „Lavi“ and its forecasts revealed that overall performance has declined compared to the last year‘s performance. This has resulted in a decrease on overall value of the business. Produced financial forecasts have shown that further minor decline in financial health of the business is expected in the next year. Project is made off 52 pages, 6 tables, 18 images, 18 sources of academic literature and other sources of information and finally 12 appendixes.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje įmonių veikla vyksta labai konkurencingai, labai svarbu žinoti įmonės finansinę būklę. Norint tinkamai įvertinti finansinę būklę, svarbu gauti tinkamą ir operatyvią informaciją, kurią panaudojus, yra atliekama finansinė analizė, rezultatų prognozavimai ir priimami įmonei palankūs veiklos sprendimai, atrandamos veiklos gerinimo galimybės.	en_US
