| dc.description | An improperly designed sorting system can significantly reduce the performance of the entire line. For this reason, in order to create an efficient system, it is necessary to analyze the wood panel sorting process. Only after the analysis of the process and evaluation of the technical task will it be possible to design a smooth and efficient wood panel sorting system. The object of paper – wood panel sorting system. The aim of paper – to automate the wood panel sorting process. The task of the paper: 1. To analyze the wood panel sorting process. 2. To design the automation scheme of wood panel sorting system and to select automation components. 3. To design the electrical connection scheme and create the layout plan of automation panel components. 4. To design the wood panel sorting system control algorithm. 5. To create the wood panel sorting system PLV program. 6. To prepare an economic analysis of the wood panel sorting system. The results of the paper - based on the technical task, the wood panel sorting system has been automated. Scope of work - The paper includes 49 pages, 12 tables, 19 illustrations, 11 literature sources and 1 appendix. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Netinkamai suprojektuota rūšiavimo sistema gali ženkliai sumažinti visos linijos darbo našumą. Dėl šios priežasties siekiant sukurti efektyvią sistemą, reikia išanalizuoti plokščių rūšiavimo procesą. Tik atlikus proceso analizę ir įvertinus techninę užduotį bus galima suprojektuoti sklandžiai ir efektyviai veikiančią medienos plokščių rūšiavimo sistemą. Darbo objektas – medienos plokščių rūšiavimo sistema. Darbo tikslas – pagal techninę užduotį automatizuoti plokščių rūšiavimo sistemą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti medienos plokščių rūšiavimo procesą. 2. Suprojektuti medienos plokščių rūšiavimo įrenginio automatizavimo schemą ir parinkti automatikos komponentus. 3. Suprojektuoti detalių rūšiavimo elektrinių jungimų schemas ir automatikos skydo komponentų išdėstymo planą. 4. Suprojektuoti medienos plokščių rūšiavimo sistemos valdymo algoritmą. 5. Sukurti medienos plokščių rūšiavimo sistemos PLV programą. 6. Parengti medienos plokščių rūšiavimo sistemos ekonominę analizę. Darbo rezultatas – pagal techninę užduotį automatizuota medienos plokščių rūšiavimo sistema.
