dc.description	The theoretical part of the final paper analyses the regulations, laws and scientific publications that define the preparation and coordination of topographic plans. The objective of the final paper is to analyse the problems of preparation and coordination of topographic plans. In the analytical part of the final paper, the methods of preparation of the topographic plan, the process of ordering spatial data and the coordination of topographic plans in the TOPD electronic service were analysed. This paper analyses the problems of preparation and coordination of two topographic plans: The first topographic plan was prepared for the land plot of 0,171 ha, located in Kaunas city, Verknės g. 1, a densely populated area with many buildings, dense tall trees and the territory is fenced. The biggest challenge is fencing, as it is difficult to get access to adjacent areas because locked gates by neighbours. In addition, some inconveniences are caused by the attitudes of neighbours who lack understanding regarding the works done. The second topographic plan was prepared for the land plot of 0,199 ha, located in Kaunas, Savanorių pr. 192. In this case, it was more difficult to collect the information due to the intense traffic of cars and passing heavy vehicles, which caused vibrations, and for these reasons it was necessary to repeatedly carry out measurements to ensure accuracy. Also, the measurement works were complicated due to the cars left above the communication manholes. The third topographic plan with an area of 2.451 ha. located in Trakai district municipality, Markininkai village. Measuring the situation, the shore of the lake had to encounter dense and tall vegetation. This complicated the measurements with the tacheometer. The plan was rejected during the first coordination due to the non-submitted plan in .pdf format, which is not required by Kaunas, therefore it can be seen that different requirements apply when coordinating plans in different regions. An online survey was conducted to identify problems encountered by surveyors in preparing and coordinating topographic plans and to evaluate the TOPD electronic service. dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje analizuojami reglamentai, įstatymai, nuostatai ir mokslinė publikacija, kurie apibrėžia topografinių planų rengimą bei derinimą. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti topografinių planų rengimo ir derinimo problemas. Analitinėje dalyje buvo analizuojami topografinio plano parengimo metodai, erdvinių duomenų užsakymo eiga ir topografinių planų derinimas „TOPD“ elektroninėje paslaugoje. Šiame darbe analizuojami dviejų topografinių planų rengimo ir derinimo problematika: Pirmasis parengtas topografinis planas, kurio plotas siekė 0,171 ha, esančio Kauno mieste, Verknės g. 1. tankiai apgyvendinta teritorija, kurioje daug pastatų, tankūs aukšti medžiai bei teritorija aptverta tvora. Didžiausias iššūkis tvoros, nes sunku patekti į gretimas teritorijas, nes kaimynai, dažniausiai būna užsirakinę vartelius. Taip pat kelia nepatogumų sukelia aplinkinių požiūris, kurie mažiau supranta kokiu tikslu vykdomi darbai. Antrasis parengtas topografinis planas, kurio plotas siekė 0,199 ha, esančio Kauno mieste, Savanorių per. 192, teritorija išsiskyrė tuo, jog buvo sunkiau surinkti situaciją dėl intensyvaus automobilių srauto, bei pravažiuojančių sunkiasvorių transporto priemonių, kurios sukeldavo vibracijas ir dėl tų priežasčių prireikdavo atlikti kontrolinius matavimus, kad įsitikinti matavimų tikslumu. Taip pat, sunkino situacijos matavimą palikti automobiliai virš komunikacijos šulinių. Trečiasis topografinis planas, kurio plotas siekė 2,451 ha. esančio Trakų rajono savivaldybėje, Markininkų k. Matuojant situaciją, prie ežero kranto teko susidurti su tankia ir aukšta augmenija. Tai apsunkino matavimus tacheometru. Planas pirmą kartą derinant buvo atmestas dėl nepateikto plano .pdf formatu, kurio nereikalauja Kaunas, todėl matoma, kad taikomi skirtingi reikalavimai derinant planus skirtinguose regionuose. Sudaryta internetinė apklausa, kurios tikslas – sužinoti kvalifikaciją turinčių geodezininkų apie pasitaikančias problemas rengiant ir derinant topografinius planus, bei kaip vertina TOPD elektroninę paslaugą. Gauti rezultatai apibendrinami baigiamojo darbo analitinėje dalyje.	en_US
