dc.description	The topic of the final work is "Forms of memory preservation in leather art". This work includes a group of leather objects consisting of albums, diaries, and a leather box for storing photos, textual information, drawings, and small family relics. The aim of the research is to create artistic alternative forms of memory storage decorated with leather motifs of the tree of life based on the analysis of the literature and the review of analogues. To achieve the goal, the following goals have been set: To analyze how the forms of memory preservation have changed over time on a global, national and personal scale. To review the physical development of personal data storage, to analyze the emergence of photography and the format of data storage. During the research work, while doing the survey to find out the change of people's habits in the storage of important memories. Based on the review of the historical context and research, to create a box of photo albums, a diary and artifacts decorated with different leather techniques and motifs of the tree of life. A questionnaire survey revealed that fewer and fewer people store photos and other memories in physical format, and there is a risk that these memories will wear off over the life of one generation. To prevent this from happening, each generation must at least leave a small particle of memory for those who come after them. A strong family needs strong roots and a sense of identity. These things are embodied in the final work by plant motifs, symbolizing the Tree of Life, which exists in national culture as one of the oldest symbols connecting the past and the future, the earth and the sky. These plant motifs in the thesis speak of the continuity of history and the recurring life cycle. Different forms of storage have been created in the final work, these are albums for storing photographs with textual meaning. Diaries with the ability to stick small-format photos and describe your memories extensively. Box - for storing small items relics.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo tema „Atminties išsaugojimo formos odos mene“. Šis darbas apima odinių objektų grupę, susidedančių iš albumų, dienoraščių ir odinės dėžutės, kurie skirti nuotraukų, tekstinės informacijos, piešinių ir nedidelių daiktų saugojimui. Baigiamojo darbo temos pavadinimas „Atminties išsaugojimo formos odos mene“. Išsikeltas tikslas: remiantis atlikta literatūros analize bei analogų apžvalga sukurti menines alternatyvias gyvybės medžio motyvais oda dekoruotas atminties saugojimo formas. Tikslui pasiekti išsikelti šie uždaviniai: Išanalizuoti, kaip kintant laikmečiams keitėsi atminties išsaugojimo formos pasaulio, šalies, asmens mastu. Apžvelgti fizinę asmeninių duomenų saugojimo raidą, išanalizuoti fotografijos atsiradimo bei duomenų saugojimo formatą. Tiriamojo darbo metu atliekant apklausą išsiaiškinti žmonių įpročių kaitą saugant svarbius prisiminimus. Remiantis atlikta istorinio konteksto apžvalga ir tyrimu, sukurti skirtingomis odos technikomis gyvybės medžio motyvais dekoruotus fotografijų albumus, dienoraščius bei artefaktų dėžutę. Literatūrinės analizės metu peržvelgta istorija nuo gyvybės medžio, genealogijos medžio, fotografijos ir albumų atsiradimo raidos. Rasta sąsaja – visus šiuos laukus sieja nagrinėjamos literatūros pavyzdžiai, tarpusavio ryšys yra augaliniai motyvai, prasidedantys kaip gyvybės medžio įprasminimas dekoruojant albumus, dienoraščius ir dėžutę. Anketinė apklausa atskleidė, kad vis mažiau žmonių saugo nuotraukas ir kitus prisiminimus fiziniu formatu, todėl kyla grėsmė, kad šie prisiminimai išdils per vienos kartos gyvenimą. Kad taip neatsitiktų, kiekviena karta privalo palikti nors mažą atminties dalelę tiems, kurie ateis po jų. Šeimai reikia stiprių šaknų ir savo identiteto suvokimo. Šiuos dalykus baigiamajame darbe stengiausi įkūnyti perteikdama augalinius motyvus, simbolizuojančius Gyvybės medį, kuris tautinėje kultūroje egzistuoja kaip vienas seniausių simbolių, jungiančių praeitį ir ateitį, žemę ir dangų. Šie augaliniai motyvai baigiamajame darbe atskleidžia istorijos tęstinumą ir pasikartojantį gyvybės ciklą. Baigiamajame darbe kurtos skirtingos saugojimo formos: albumai, skirti saugoti fotografijas su tekstiniu įprasminimu; dienoraščiai su galimybe klijuoti mažo formato nuotraukas bei plačiai aprašyti savo prisiminimus; dėžutė mažų daiktų (reliktų) saugojimui.	en_US
