| dc.description | In Europe a lot of attention is paid to the prevention of youth’s passivity and the promotion of youth’s social engagement. Developing youth politics and following the old traditions of similar institutions in Western Europe, in 2006 first open youth centres were established in Lithuania. According to the Concept of Open Youth Centres and Spaces (2010), the aim of this type of work with youth is to conduct open work with the youth that have limited possibilities. To ensure the quality of open work with youth, employees of such centres have to have an appropriate qualification in social sciences or its equivalent and long-term practical experience in working with young people. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Europoje didelis dėmesys skiriamas jaunimo neaktyvumo prevencijai ir užimtumo skatinimui. Plečiant jaunimo politiką, 2006 m. Lietuvoje pradėjo kurtis atviri jaunimo centrai, pasitelkiant Vakarų Europos ilgametes tradicijas. Pagal Atvirųjų jaunimo centrų ir erdvių koncepciją (2010) šio darbo su jaunimu formos paskirtis buvo vykdyti atvirą darbą su mažiau galimybių turinčiu jaunimu. Kad būtų užtikrinta atvirojo darbo su jaunimu kokybė, centruose turi dirbti žmogus, turintis socialinių mokslų ar jam prilygstantį išsilavinimą, ilgalaikės ir praktinės darbo su jaunimu patirties. | en_US |
