dc.description	The kindergarten education teacher works according to the program of the institution, chooses what is the best for his / her students. The educator of the “Step by step” method actively participates in improving the educational environment of the group, looking for the most suitable ways of working with preschool children. M. Montessori pedagogy uses didactic materials that encourage children to continually improve, educate, and develop their independence. M. Montessori pedagogical tools, elements of the educational method could be applied into other education systems in order to achieve the effectiveness of preschool education. Problem. How can the activities of the “Step by step” method be enriched by applying elements of Montessori pedagogy? The goal of the paper- To reveal the possibilities of integrating M. Montessori pedagogical elements into activities of the “Step by step” method in a kindergarten “X”.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo aktualumas - Ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogas dirba pagal įstaigos programą, renkasi kas geriausia jo ugdytiniams. „Geros pradžios“ metodu dirbančios grupės ugdytojas aktyviai dalyvauja tobulindamas grupės ugdomąją aplinką, ieškodamas tinkamiausių darbo būdų su ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikais. M. Montessori pedagogikoje yra naudojamos didaktinės medžiagos, kurios skatina vaikus nuolat tobulėti, lavintis ir ugdytis savarankiškumą. M. Montessori pedagogikos priemonės, ugdymo metodo elementai galėtų būti pritaikomi ir „Gera pradžia“ metodu dirbančiose grupėse, siekiant ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų ugdymo/-si efektyvumo. Problema - Kaip galima praturtinti „Geros pradžios“ metodo veiklas, pritaikant Montessori pedagogikos elementus? Darbo tikslas – Atskleisti Montessori pedagogikos elementų integravimo galimybes į “Geros pradžios” metodikos veiklas darželyje “X”.	en_US
