| dc.description | In the theoretical part the need of the warehouse in the logistics chain is discussed, the classification, technological aspects are defined and solutions for improvement are presented. In the analytical part analysis of the company's financial situation, management structure and SWOT was performed. In the project part the direction of improvement of the company's warehouse management and advantages based on the expected payback is presented. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – Problem areas of AB “Kauno grūdai” mill warehouse management that lead to lower productivity of the warehouse. | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje aptariamas autorių požiūris į sandėlio reikšmę ir poreikį logistikos grandinėje, apibrėžtas klasifikavimas ir technologiniai aspektai, pateikiami tobulinimo sprendimai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje atliktas įmonės finansinės situacijos, valdymo struktūros nagrinėjimas bei SSGG analizė. Pateikiama kokybinio tyrimo metodika ir surinktų duomenų analizė. Projektinėje dalyje aprašoma įmonės sandėlio valdymo tobulinimo kryptis, pasiūlymai pagrindžiami numatomu atsiperkamumu. Darbo problema. AB „Kauno grūdai“ malūno sandėlio valdymo probleminės sritys, lemiančios mažesnį sandėlio produktyvumą.
