dc.description	The first part analyzes the concept of logistics, the transport system with the most efficient modes of transport with their advantages and disadvantages. Also the theory of route optimisation and management systems is specified. The analytical part describes the company, how the company organize the routes, the routes were divided by the most profitable and the most unprofitable. The SSGG analysis showed strengths and weaknesses of the company, a qualitative interview was conducted. In the third part the countings of programme „ArcLogistics“ will be present and it should help to optimise the routes, which can be used to optimize the variable costs of route development. dc.description.abstract	Pirmojoje dalyje analizuojama logistikos sąvoka, transporto sistema su efektyviausio transporto rūšimis, jų privalumais ir trūkumais. Taip pat nagrinėjamos maršruto ir jo valdymo sistemų teorinė samprata. Antroje dalyje pristatoma UAB „Manvesta“ įmonės veikla, analizuojami pagrindiniai maršrutai, vykdomi įmonėje, suskirstant juos pagal BCG matricą, siekiant išsiaiškinti pelningiausius ir nuostolingiausius maršrutus. Taip pat analizuojama įmonės SSGG analizė, siekiant pristatyti įmonės stipriausias ir silpniausias vietas, atliktas kokybinis interviu. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami „ArcLogistics“ programos skaičiavimai, kurių pagalba maršrutai bus optimizuojami ir iš nuostolingų pateikiami kaip pelningi. Darbo problema. Pritaikant maršruto valdymo sistemas, UAB „Manvesta“ įmonėje, sumažinti maršrutų sudarymo kaštus, užtikrinti trumpiausio maršruto pasirinkimą. Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus užsienio ir Lietuvos autorių teorinę sampratą apie transporto logistiką, maršruto optimizavimą, valdymo sistemas, įvertinus UAB „Manvesta“ įmonės situaciją, pateikti pasiūlymus maršrutų optimizavimui.	en_US
