Abstract
Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama logistikos procesų valdymas teoriniu
aspektu, nagrinėjamas įvairių autorių požiūris. Aprašoma logistikos procesų valdymas, samprata, funkcijos bei tikslai. Išanalizuojami trys pagrindiniai logistikos procesai (aprūpinimas, gamyba, paskirstymas) bei šių procesų valdymas maisto labdaros tipo organizacijose. Antroje dalyje
išanalizuojama įmonės veikla bei logistikos procesų valdymas, pristatomi gauti tyrimo „logistikos
procesų valdymas karantino metu LPF „Maisto bankas“ rezultatai ir išvados. Trečioje dalyje
pateikiami pasiūlymai logistikos procesų valdymo optimizavimui, numatomos tobulinimo
galimybės atliekami skaičiavimai.
Description
The first part analyzes the management of logistics processes in a
theoretical aspect, examines the views of various authors. Describes the management, concept,
functions and goals of logistics processes. Three main logistics processes (supply, production,
distribution) and the management of these processes in food charity-type organizations are
analyzed. The second part analyzes the company's activities and logistics process management,
presents the obtained research results and conclusions. The third part presents suggestions for the
optimization of logistics process management, the possibilities for improvement are calculated. The main problem of the term paper - due to the quarantine situation in the country, the
number of volunteers in the company starts to decrease, thus reducing the efficiency of the
company's logistics activities. With the onset of the pandemic period, processes began to slow down
and become less efficient, and the time taken to perform tasks began to lengthen. The problematic
question is whether the management of the organization’s logistics processes was properly managed
before quarantine? This creates a major problem: inefficient management of warehousing and
planning processes reduces an organization’s performance.
The aim of the term paper - after analyzing the management of logistics processes in the
company LPF "Maisto bankas" during quarantine, to provide improvement opportunities.
