| dc.description | The first theoretical part presents an analysis of the scientific literature, which examines the concept of logistics, logistics processes, main and auxiliary logistics activities and transportation of dangerous goods. In the second part of the work, UAB Gaschema company is analyzed, internal and external analysis of the company is performed, SWOT and PEST analyzes are presented, qualitative research is performed - semi-structured interview, during which the main threats to transporting hazardous materials were clarified. The third part of the work presents proposals for the improvement of dangerous goods transportation processes in JSC „Gaschema“, evaluates the possible costs of the proposals. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - insufficient security of transportation of dangerous goods in the company JSC "Gaschema". The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - to analyse the improvement for transportation processes of dangerous goods from the theoretical point of view and to carry out a qualitative research in the company JSC “Gaschema“, to present suggestions for the improvement of dangerous goods transportation process security in this company. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pirmoje teorinėje dalyje pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė, kuri nagrinėja logistikos sampratą, logistikos procesus, pagrindines ir pagalbines logistines veikas bei pavojingų krovinių transportavimą. Antroje darbo dalyje nagrinėjama UAB ,,Gaschema“ įmonė, atlikta vidinė ir išorinė įmonės analizė, pateikiamos SSGG ir PEST analizės, atliktas kokybinis tyrimas – pusiau struktūruotas interviu, kurio metu buvo siekta išsiaiškinti pagrindinės grėsmes kylančias transportuojant pavojingas medžiagas. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai pavojingų krovinių gabenimo procesų tobulinimui UAB ,,Gaschema“ įmonėje, įvertinamos galimos pasiūlymų išlaidos. Darbo tikslas - išanalizavus pavojingų krovinių gabenimo procesų tobulinimo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą pateikti siūlymus UAB ,,Gaschema“ įmonės pavojingų krovinių gabenimo procesų tobulinimui. | en_US |
