| dc.description | In the first part, the theoretical analysis of the problem is given where the problem is explained through the use of scientific literature. In the second part, the inner and outer environments are analyzed and then a qualitative study is done, to determine the problem points and6 ways to solve them. In the third part, results of the study are analyzed and solutions for the problems are given. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis). With the current financial climate due to the COVID-19 pandemic and various „force majeure“ situations in the supply chain, UAB „Continental Automotive Lithuania“ has to find new ways of saving money, while making use of the tools that it already has. | dc.description.abstract | Pirmoje dalyje pateikiamas įmonės logistinės veiklos tobulinimas teoriniu aspektu pasinaudojant literatūrinių šaltinių analize. Antroje dalyje yra pateikiamas UAB „Continental Automotive Lithuania“ įmonės aprašas, analizuojamos įmonės vidinės bei išorinės aplinkos ir atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas. Trečioje dalyje yra pateikiami siūlymai spręsti problemas, kurios buvo nustatytos tyrimo metu. Darbo problema. Esant sunkioje padėtyje rinkoje, dėl COVID-19 pandemijos ir „force majeure“ sukeltų padarinių tiekimo grandinėje, reikia ieškoti naujų būdų kaip taupyti finansinius išteklius pasinaudojant jau įmonėje įdiegtais ir esamais įrankiais. Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus įmonės vidinę ir išorinę aplinkas bei atlikus kokybinį tyrimą, išsiaiškinti problemines vietas, jų sprendimus ir implementaciją. | en_US |
