| dc.description | Bachelor's thesis: „Opinion of Residents about Obtaining Medical Preparations with Digital Prescriptions“ Key words: electronic prescription, advantages, disadvantages, electronic health system. Relevance of the subject. The e-health system enables the issuance of e-prescriptions. Although the main purpose of this system and subsystems is to accelerate and facilitate the performance of services in a higher quality and more convenient way, the use of e. the health system and its subsystems are not smooth (Dzemydienė ir Naujikienė, 2015). It is important to write on this topic, because taking into account the opinion of the population about the purchase of medicines using e. recipes can improve e. prescription system. Research problem: what are patients’ perceptions of e-prescriptions and what are their advantages and disadvantages when purchasing medicinal products from a public pharmacy? The object of the research: opinion on the purchase of medicines using e. recipes. The aim of the research: to reveal the public opinion about the purchase of medicinal products using e-prescriptions. Research tasks: 1) to define the concept of e-prescriptions and problems of their use; 2) to describe the procedure for using e-prescriptions in Lithuania and EU countries; 3) to identify the public opinion on the acquisition of medicinal products using e-prescriptions. Research methods. Methods of analysis, systematization, evaluation, interpretation, comparison of scientific literature are applied in the paper. Legislation, reports, strategic documents are analyzed. In the empirical part, a quantitative study (questionnaire survey) is applied. Quantitative trait analysis was performed using SPSS. Respondents. Residents of all Lithuania participated in the study. 273 respondents were interviewed. The sampling error is 6% and the confidence level is 95%. Calculating according to the sample size formula yielded the need for a sample of 267 respondents. Results: only less than half of the respondents use the e-health system. Only 36.9 percent. patients' opinion of the e-health system is very good and good. For most patients, an e-prescription is more acceptable than a paper prescription. After assessing the problems that patients have encountered (are experiencing) using e-prescriptions, the most common problem was recorded - the doctor said that the prescription had already been written, but when he went to the pharmacy, it turned out that there was no prescription. Other common problems include problems with Internet connection or a failure of computer or other equipment needed to dispense e-prescriptions, which prevented a pharmacist from dispensing e-prescription. Most respondents rated e- prescriptions in other EU countries as very good 9 or good. The e-prescription in Lithuania should be improved, as a large number of patients agree with it. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tema: „Pacientų nuomonė apie vaistinių preparatų įsigijimą panaudojant e. receptus” Pagrindiniai žodžiai: e. receptai, trūkumai, privalumai, e. sveikatos sistema. Temos aktualumas. E. sveikatos sistema sudaro sąlygas išrašyti e. receptus. Nors pagrindinis šios sistemos ir posistemių tikslas yra pagreitinti ir padėti kokybiškiau ir patogiau atlikti darbus, suteikti paslaugas, tačiau dėl atsirandančių techninių bei žmogiškųjų kliūčių naudojimasis e. sveikatos sistema ir jos posistemėmis nėra sklandus (Dzemydienė ir Naujikienė, 2015). Aktualu rašyti šia tema, nes atsižvelgiant į gyventojų nuomonę apie vaistinių preparatų įsigijimą, panaudojant e. receptus, galima pagerinti e. receptų sistemą. Tyrimo problema: kokia pacientų nuomonė apie e. receptus ir kokie jų privalumai ir trūkumai juos panaudojant visuomenės vaistinėje? Tyrimo objektas: gyventojų nuomonė apie vaistinių preparatų įsigijimą panaudojant e. receptus. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti gyventojų nuomonę apie vaistinių preparatų įsigijimą panaudojant e. receptus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) Apibrėžti e. receptų sampratą ir naudojimo problemas; 2) Aprašyti e. receptų naudojimo tvarką Lietuvoje ir ES valstybėse; 3) Identifikuoti gyventojų nuomonę apie vaistinių preparatų įsigijimą panaudojant e. receptus. Tyrimo metodai. Darbe taikomi mokslinės literatūros analizės, sisteminimo, vertinimo, interpretavimo, lyginimo metodai. Analizuojami teisės aktai, ataskaitos, strateginiai dokumentai. Empirinėje dalyje taikomas kiekybinis tyrimas (anketinė apklausa). Atlikta kiekybinių požymių analizė naudojantis SPSS. Tiriamieji. Tyrime dalyvavo visos Lietuvos gyventojai. Apklausti 273 respondentai. Imties paklaida 6%, o patikimumo lygmuo 95%. Apskaičiavus pagal imties dydžio formulę buvo gauta, kad reikalinga tyrimo imtis 267 respondentai. Tyrimo rezultatai: e. sveikatos sistema naudojasi tik mažiau nei pusė apklaustųjų. Tik 36,9 proc. pacientų nuomonė apie e. sveikatos sistemą yra labai gera ir gera. Didžiajai daliai pacientų e. receptas yra priimtinesnis nei popierinis receptas. Įvertinus nesklandumus, kuriuos pacientams yra tekę patirti, naudojant e. receptus, užfiksuotas dažniausias nesklandumas – gydytojas pasakė, kad receptas jau yra išrašytas, tačiau nuėjus į vaistinę paaiškėjo, jog recepto nėra. Kiti dažni nesklandumai – 7 pasitaikė problemų su interneto ryšiu ar kompiuterio ar kitos įrangos, reikalingos receptų atleidimui, gedimas, todėl farmacijos specialistas negalėjo atleisti recepto. Dauguma apklaustųjų labai gerai arba gerai įvertino e. receptų išdavimą kitose ES valstybėse. E. receptas Lietuvoje turėtų būti tobulinamas, nes nemaža dalis apklaustų pacientų tam pritaria. | en_US |
