dc.description	In the final work different types of forming and rearrangement of plots of land were discussed. Characteristics of land plots formed according to the projects have been analyzed. The analysis of land plot development and restructuring projects has been prepared in Kaunas city municipality. In writing the final thesis of the bachelor's degree studies, the latest legal acts and regulations were analyzed. Read literature sources to get the knowledge of the subject matter. Other web pages related to land plot development and conversion projects were also used. Upon completion of the land plot formation and rearrangement project, 13 plots were designed. Land plots received: Plot No. 1 - 0,0474ha, plot No. 2 - 0,0596 ha, plot No. 3 - 0,0568 ha, plot No. 4 - 0,0595 ha, plot No. 5 - 0,0599 ha, plot No. 6 - 0,0588 ha, plot no. 7 - 0,0599 ha, plot no. 8 - 0,0597 ha, plot no. 9 - 0.0599, plot no. 10 - 0,0599 ha, plot No. 11 - 0,0599 ha, plot No. 12 - 0,0598 ha, plot No. 13 - 0.0597 ha. After approval of forming and rearrangement of plots of land, cadastral measurements were started for the formed land plot. After cadastral measurements, it was determined that 0.0474 hectares of land plot Nr. 1 northern border crosses the asphalt entrance to the area, while the western border crosses the limit of the engineering structure registered in the Real Estate Register (Unique Item No. 4400-0419-XXXX of Jonava Street). Taking into account the situation and the actual place of the road, the land plot of 0,0411 hectares was formed. Formed land plot of 0.0411 ha was made cadastral measurements.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjami teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektų rengimo tvarką. Išanalizuota suformuotų žemės sklypų charakteristika. Rašant bakalauro studijų baigiamąjį darbą analizuojami naujausi teisės aktai ir taisyklės, nuostatai. Taip pat naudojami kiti internetiniai puslapiai, susiję su žemės sklypo formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektais. Atlikus žemės sklypo formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektą buvo suprojektuota 13 sklypų. Gautų sklypų plotai: Sklypas Nr. 1 – 0,0474 ha, sklypas Nr. 2 – 0,0596 ha, sklypas Nr. 3 - 0,0568 ha, sklypas Nr. 4 - 0,0595 ha, sklypas Nr. 5 - 0,0599 ha, sklypas Nr. 6 - 0,0588 ha, sklypas Nr. 7 - 0,0599 ha, sklypas Nr. 8 - 0,0597 ha, sklypas Nr. 9 – 0,0599 ha, sklypas Nr. 10 – 0,0599 ha, sklypas Nr. 11 – 0,0599 ha, sklypas Nr. 12 – 0,0598 ha, sklypas Nr. 13 – 0.0597 ha. Patvirtinus žemės sklypo formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektą parengtas kadastrinių matavimų žemės sklypo planas, kadastro duomenų byla vienam suformuotam žemės sklypui. Atlikus kadastrinius matavimus nustatyta, kad patvirtintame projekte suprojektuoto 0,0474 ha žemės sklypo Nr. 1 šiaurinė riba kerta vietovėje esantį asfaltuotą įvažiavimą. o vakarinė riba kerta Nekilnojamojo turto registre įregistruoto inžinerinio statinio (Jonavos gatvės unikalus daikto Nr. 4400-0419-XXXX) ribą. Atsižvelgus į situaciją bei faktinę kelio vietą buvo suformuota 0,0411 ha žemės sklypo riba.	en_US
