dc.description	The theoretical part discusses the concept of forwarding activities, forwarding processes, aspects of activity organization and the specifics of subcontracting activities. The analytical part presents the characteristics of the company's activities, presenting the company's activities, forwarding processes, PEST environment analysis. The research methodology and the survey of employees and its results are also presented. In the project part, new possibilities of organizing the forwarding service are presented and the necessary costs are calculated. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - what are the possibilities to improve the financial results of UAB Baltic transline by implementing new forwarding services? The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - to analyze the gaps in the spectrum of forwarding services provided by UAB Baltic transline and to present the possibilities of organizing new services.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje yra aptariama ekspedicinės veiklos samprata, ekspediciniai procesai, veiklos organizavimo aspektai bei subrangos veiklos specifika. Analitinėje dalyje yra pateikiama įmonės veiklos charakteristika, pateikiant įmonės veiklas, ekspedicinius procesus, PEST aplinkos analizę. Taip pat yra pateikiama tyrimo metodika ir darbuotojų apklausos tyrimas bei jo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje yra pateikiamos naujos ekspedicinės paslaugos organizavimo galimybės bei paskaičiuojami tam reikalingi kaštai. Darbo problema: kokios yra galimybės, siekiant pagerinti UAB „Baltic transline“ finansinius rezultatus diegiant naujas ekspedicines paslaugas? Darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti UAB „Baltic transline“ teikiamų ekspedicinių paslaugų spektro spragas bei pateikti naujų paslaugų organizavimo galimybes.	en_US
