Abstract
Teorinėje dalyje aptariama logistikos samprata, pateikiama ekspedicijos
samprata taip pat išanalizuotas transportavimo organizavimas logistikoje. Antroje dalyje
analizuojama įmonės veikla, jos vidinė bei išorinė aplinka, parodomas transportavimo proceso
organizavimas, atliekama darbuotojų apklausa, identifikuojama problema ir jos atsiradimo priežastys.
Paskutinėje dalyje yra pateikiami transportavimo veiklos tobulinimo pasiūlymai. Darbo problema. Pagrindinė šio darbo problema yra nepakankamas transportavimo
paslaugas teikiančių įmonių skaičius.
Darbo tikslas Išanalizuoti UAB „Linėja transport“ krovinių transportavimo veiklą bei
pateikti pasiūlymus jos tobulinimui.
Description
The theoretical part discusses the concept of logistics, the concept of
Expedition is presented, as well as the organization of transportation in Logistics is analyzed. The
second part analyzes the company's activities, its internal and external environment, shows the
organization of the transportation process, conducts a survey of employees, identifies the problem
and causes of its occurrence. The last part contains proposals for improving transport activities. The main problem. The main problem of the work is the insufficient number of companies
providing transportation services.
The aim. To analyze the process of cargo transportation of UAB „Linėja transport" and
submit proposals for improvement of activities.
