| dc.description | The first chapter analyzes the Lithuanian transportation market. The aim is to emphasize that the market in question is dynamic and that the paradigms that lead to such changes also lead to the need to improve ordering and transportation processes. The general information about the company presented in the second chapter is related to the peculiarities of the activities of the company described and the market position in order to identify the main problems encountered in the transportation of partial loads.5 The third section is dedicated to solving the identified problems. The justification for the decision shall provide the necessary resources as well as the benefits of the decision. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis)- how to reduce costs, improve the quality of provided transportation services by shortening the delivery time and at the same time implementing an ecological approach by reducing emissions, improving the management of partial orders of UAB “Ardove” and increasing the efficiency of transportation. | dc.description.abstract | Pirmame skyriuje yra analizuojama Lietuvos pervežimų rinka. Siekiama pabrėžti, jog aptariama rinka yra dinamiška ir tokius pokyčius sąlygojančios paradigmos taip pat sąlygoja ir užsakymų bei pervežimų procesų tobulinimo poreikį. Antrame skyriuje pateikiama bendra informacija apie įmonę yra susiejama su aprašomos įmonės vykdomos veiklos ypatumais bei pozicija rinkoje taip siekiant identifikuoti pagrindines problemas, su kuriomis yra susiduriama atliekant dalinių krovinių pervežimus Trečias skyrius yra skirtas identifikuotų problemų sprendimui. Pagrindžiant sprendimą, pateikiami reikalingi ištekliai, taip pat nurodomos sprendimo teikiamos naudos. Darbo problema: kaip būtų galima sumažinti kaštus, gerinti teikiamų pervežimo paslaugų kokybę trumpinant pristatymo laiką ir tuo pačiu įgyvendinant ekologišką požiūrį sumažinant išmetamų dujų kiekius, tobulinant UAB „Ardovė“ dalinių užsakymų valdymą bei didinant pervežimų efektyvumą. Darbo tikslas: Išanalizavus UAB „Ardovė“ veiklos ypatumus nustatyti užsakymų valdymo optimizavimo ir pervežimų procesų efektyvumo didinimo galimybes. | en_US |
