| dc.description | In an extreme situation such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the reduced level of demand for services in the hotel can be restored by implementing appropriate changes in the range of services - by radically changing or adjusting it, that is - by supplementing the supply of hotel services with secure services because only in this case, customers are again encouraged to use various hotel services. Therefore, in the final work, the aim is to find out what changes in the offer of Victoria Hotel Kaunas hotel services is appropriate to implement during the pandemic period, that the supply of services would attract a great deal of interest among customers and thus improve the hotel occupancy rate, which had fallen sharply during the pandemic. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Esant tokioms ekstremalioms situacijoms kaip, šiuo atveju COVID-19 pandemija, sumažėjusį paslaugų paklausos lygį viešbutyje galima atstatyti įgyvendinant atitinkamus pokyčius paslaugų asortimente, kardinaliai jį keičiant ar koreguojant, viešbučio paslaugų pasiūlą papildant saugiomis paslaugomis, nes tik tokiu atveju klientai paskatinami vėl naudotis įvairiomis viešbučio paslaugomis. Todėl baigiamajame darbe siekiama išsiaiškinti, kokius pokyčius ,,Victoria Hotel Kaunas“ viešbučio paslaugų pasiūloje tikslinga įgyvendinti pandeminiu laikotarpiu, jog paslaugų pasiūla keltų didelį susidomėjimą klientų tarpe ir tokiu atveju gerėtų ženkliai pandeminiu laikotarpiu sumažėjęs užimtumo rodiklis viešbutyje. | en_US |
