| dc.description | The work consists of three parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part of the final work discusses the approach of various authors to the concept of logistics and transportation, cargo transportation processes. The variety of modes of transport, vehicles and cargo is discussed. The analytical part delves into the company's activities, analyzes the organization of cargo transportation through qualitative and quantitative research. The results of the research are discussed and the problem is identified. The project part presents a proposal to solve the problem. The resources of the proposal, the implementation and payback periods, and the expected benefits are calculated. The main problem - Narrow offer of cargo transportation service, unused cargo transportation opportunities, trucks are not used to the maximum. The aim - To analyze the cargo transportation processes of UAB Manvesta and to submit suggestions for the improvement of cargo transportation. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys: teorinė, analitinė ir projektinė. Teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje aptariamas įvairių autorių požiūris į logistikos ir transportavimo sampratą, krovinių transportavimo procesus. Aptariama transporto rūšių, transporto priemonių bei krovinių įvairovė. Analitinėje dalyje įsigilinama į įmonės veiklą, analizuojamas krovinių pervežimo organizavimas pasitelkiant kokybinį ir kiekybinį tyrimus. Aptariami tyrimo rezultatai, įvardinama problema. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamas pasiūlymas problemos sprendimui. Apskaičiuojami pasiūlymo ištekliai, įgyvendinimo ir atsipirkimo terminai bei numatoma nauda. Darbo problema - Siaura krovinių pervežimo paslaugos pasiūla, neišnaudotos krovinių gabenimo galimybės, ne maksimaliai išnaudojami vilkikai. Darbo tikslas - Išanalizuoti UAB „Manvesta“ krovinių vežimo procesus ir pateikti krovinių gabenimo tobulinimo siūlymus. | en_US |
