| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To evaluate the involvement of AB “LTG CARGO” employees in the activities of corporate social responsibility. Methods of the professional BA thesis. Comparative analysis of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature, questionnaire survey have been applied in the research. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The theoretical part discusses the insights of various authors. It may be concluded that companies must be socially responsible and conduct their business in a way that benefits society. The research has been conducted in the analytical part and it revealed the problems that need to be solved. The third part presents the possibilities for improvement based on economic calculations. | dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas: įvertinti AB „LTG Cargo“ darbuotojų įsitraukimą į įmonių grupės socialinės atsakomybės veiklas. Darbo metodai: Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinės literatūros lyginamoji analizė, anketinė apklausa. Darbo struktūra: teorinėje dalyje aptariamos įvairių autorių mintys, nustatyta, kad įmonės turi būti socialiai atsakingos ir vykdyti savo verslą taip, kad tai būtų naudinga visuomenei. Analitinėje dalyje atliktas tyrimas, jo analizė ir atskleistos problemos, kurias reikia tobulinti. Trečioje dalyje pateiktos tobulinimo galimybės su ekonominiais paskaičiavimais. Darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados, kurios atsako į bakalauro darbe iškeltus uždavinius. | en_US |
