| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To study the peculiarities of UAB "Eurostep LT" personnel selection during the global pandemic and to submit improvement proposals. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: to analyze modern theoretical aspects of the selection process; to analyze the peculiarities of the selection process in UAB "Eurostep LT"during the pandemic period; to make suggestions for improving the selection process. Methods of the professional BA. Literature analysis and systematization, candidate questionnaire survey, data analysis have been used in this research. The structure. The thesis consists of three parts. The concept of staff selection, its goals, stages and methods are presented in the theoretical part. The analytical part focuses on the research results and interviews. Recommendations are provided in the project part. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas – ištirti UAB „Eurostep LT“ personalo atrankos ypatumus pasaulinės pandemijos laikotarpiu ir pateikti tobulinimo pasiūlymus. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti šiuolaikinius atrankos proceso teorinius aspektus; 2. Ištirti UAB „Eurostep LT“ atrankos proceso ypatumus pandemijos laikotarpi; 3. Teikti siūlymus dėl atrankos proceso tobulinimo; Darbo metodai: literatūros analizė ir sisteminimas, kandidatų anketinė apklausa, duomenų analizė. Darbo struktūra – baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys: teorinėje dalyje analizuojama personalo atrankos samprata, tikslai, jos etapai bei metodai. Analitinęje dalyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai bei interviu. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos įmonei rekomendacijos. | en_US |
