| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. To analyze the process of search, selection and adaptation of UAB “Triton Logistic” employees and to provide recommendations for the improvement. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to analyze the process of employee search, selection and adaptation from the theoretical point of view; 2. to examine the search, selection and adaptation processes of UAB “Triton Logistic” employees, identifying problem areas; 3. to provide recommendations for the possibilities of improving search, selection and adaptation in UAB “Triton Logistic”. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature, structured interview, questionnaire survey have been applied in the research. 6 The structure. The thesis consists of three main parts: the theoretical part analyzes the theoretical aspects of the search, selection and adaptation processes.
