| dc.description | The aim of the research. After studying theoretical aspects of the appropriate execution of attracting and maintaining employees, proposals are provided for UAB “Mantinga“. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. To analyze the attraction and maintenance of employees from the theoretical perspective; 2. To identify problem areas after examining the appropriate execution of attracting and maintaining employees in UAB “Mantinga”; 3. To provide recommendations on how to improve measures for attracting and retaining staff. The methods of professional BA thesis. Analysis of scientific literature; interview and questionnaire survey methods have been applied in this research. Structure. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part discusses the importance and means of attracting and retaining employees. The analytical part of the research presents the characteristics of the company, research methodology, results, their analysis and conclusions.The project part provides the possibilities of improving the analyzed measures. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėjus darbuotojų pritraukimą ir išlaikymą teoriniu aspektu bei UAB „Mantinga“, pateikti siūlymus darbuotojų pritraukimo ir išlaikymo priemonių tobulinimui. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išnagrinėti darbuotojų pritraukimą ir išlaikymą teoriniu aspektu. 2. Išanalizavus UAB „Mantinga“ darbuotojų pritraukimo ir išlaikymo priemones, nustatyti problemines sritis. 3. Pateikti pasiūlymus darbuotojų pritraukimo ir išlaikymo priemonėms gerinti. Darbo metodai: 1. Mokslinės literatūros bei kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė. 2. Interviu. 3. Apklausa raštu. Darbo struktūra: Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Teorinėje dalyje aptariamos darbuotojų pritraukimo ir išlaikymo priemonės bei svarba. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika, tyrimo metodologija, rezultatai, jų analizė ir apibendrinimas. Projektinėje dalyje yra pateikiamos analizuojamų priemonių tobulinimo galimybes. | en_US |
