dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To identify the organization of personnel selection processes in the period of change. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to study the theoretical aspects of the organization of the selection process; 2. to analyze the selection process in UAB "Medika"; 3. to submit proposals for the organization of the selection process in UAB "Medika". Methods of the professional BA thesis. Theoretical analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire survey, interviews. The structure. The work consists of an introduction, three parts and conclusions. The theoretical aspects of the organisation of the selection process are presented in the chapter describing the concept of the selection process, the selection stages, the problems and the period of change.In the chapter on the organization of the selection process in UAB "Medika" during the difficult period, the characteristic, and research methodology are discussed.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas: Identifikuoti personalo atrankos procesų organizavimą permainų laikotarpiu. Darbo uždaviniai: 1.Išanalizuoti atrankos proceso organizavimo teorinius aspektus. 2. Ištirti atrankos procesą UAB „Medika“. 3. Teikti siūlymus, dėl atrankos proceso organizavimo UAB „Medika“. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros teorinė analizė, anketinė apklausa, interviu. Darbo struktūra: Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys dalys ir išvados.
