The investigation of public sector catering in different locations of Panevezys has shown the lack of it in the industrial area. There is currently no catering company where people who work in the industrial area of Panevezys were able to have their lunch or dinner during their breaks. The aim of this thesis is creating a canteen in the industrial area of Panevezys (30 adults seating capacity). In order to solve the problem and achieve the aim, the following methods were used – survey, the outline and analysis of English and Lithuanian theoretical references, technological calculations, economic calculations and the prediction of potential resources. In the theoretical part of the thesis the results of the survey were introduced which revealed that 91,7per cent of participants had confirmed the lack of public sector catering services in the industrial area of Panevezys. Based on the results received a public sector catering company has been created in this thesis. In the technological section, the technological calculations have been carried out in order to ensure the successful technological activities of the company and also the menu has been composed. In addition, the investigation has been carried out in order to identify the preferences of the dishes. In the economic part of this document, the economic calculations have been carried out that were related to the activities of this public sector catering company. Furthermore, in this document the potential resources have been predicted and introduced. The author of the Professional Bachelor Thesis recommends to organise surveys in the operating companies in order to ensure the customer needs were completely satisfied. dc.description.abstract	Peržvelgus Panevėžio miesto viešo maitinimo įmonių išsidėstymą, pastebėtas jų trūkumas pramoniniame šio miesto mikrorajone. Šiame mikrorajone dirbantiems žmonėms, ypač darbo pietų metu, trūksta viešo maitinimo įmonės, kur būtų galima pavalgyti. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – sukurti trisdešimties vietų valgyklą Panevėžio miesto pramoniniame mikrorajone. Problemai spręsti bei darbo tikslui įgyvendinti numatyti šie metodai: anketinė apklausa, informacinių šaltinių lietuvių, anglų kalba apžvalga, jų analizė, technologiniai skaičiavimai, ekonominiai skaičiavimai, resursų numatymas. Teorinėje - tiriamojoje darbo dalyje aptarti vykdytos anketinės apklausos rezultatai – 91,7 procentų apklaustų žmonių pritarė, jog viešo maitinimo įmonių Panevėžio miesto pramoniniame mikrorajone trūksta. Atsižvelgiant į respondentų poreikius, projektuojama viešo maitinimo įmonė. Technologinėje - tiriamojoje darbo dalyje atlikti technologiniai skaičiavimai reikalingi sklandžiai technologinei maitinimo įmonės veiklai, sukurtas valgiaraštis. Taip pat, buvo atliktas tyrimas, norint išsiaiškinti, kurios receptūros patiekalą reikėtų įtraukti į valgiaraštį. Ekonominėje darbo dalyje atlikti ekonominiai skaičiavimai, susiję su kuriamos viešo maitinimo įmonės veiklos užtikrinimu. Taip pat, šiame darbe numatyti, aptarti resursai bei valdymas. Veikiančioje įmonėje rekomenduojama nuolat vykdyti lankytojų apklausas, norint pilnai įgyvendinti klientų poreikius.	en_US
