dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To explain the theoretical concept of projects with the help of scientific literature, evaluate how it is performed in UAB „Teta“ and provide recommendations for improving the conditions of project activities‘ organization. Methods of the profesional BA thesis. The analysis and comparison of literature sources, questionnaire, interview, graphical representation of data have been applied in the research. The structure. The thesis consists of three parts: theoretical, analytical, recommendations. Moreover, the work includes contents, the list of tables and figures, summary, introduction, conclusions, list of literature sources, appendices.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas: teoriškai paaiškinti projektų administravimo konceptą, įvertinti jų administravimą „Teta" įmonėje bei pateikti rekomendacijas projektų administravimui gerinti. Darbo metodai: mokslinės ir dalykinės literatūros analizė ir sintezė, anketinė apklausa, interviu, grafinis duomenų vaizdavimas. Darbo struktūra: Baigiamąjį darbą sudarys trys dalys: teorinė, analitinė, rekomendacinė. Be šių trijų dalių darbe dar bus: turinys; lentelių ir paveikslų sąrašas, santrauka, įvadas, išvados, literatūros šaltinių sąrašas, priedai.	en_US
