dc.description	The aim of the professional BA thesis. To analyze and assess the situation in UADBB “Drautoda“, and make suggestions for improving the organization of insraunce services. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. to present the concept of insurance services organization from the theoretical perspective; 2. to assess the situation in UADBB “Drautoda“; 3. to submit suggestions for improving the organization of insurance services. Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific theoretical literature and other sources of information, questionnaire survey and analysis of its results. The structure. The thesis consists of three parts: theoretical, analytical and project. In the first part the concept of service, the importance of work organization and peculiarities of organization of insurance services are discussed. The analytical part describes the characteristics of the company. Later the methodology of the survey is described and its results are analyzed. The last part provides suggestions/recommendations on how to solve the problems. Conclusions are presented at the end of the thesis.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti ir įvertinti UADBB ,,Drautoda“ teikiamų draudimo paslaugų organizavimą ir nustatyti jų gerinimo galimybes. Darbo uždaviniai 1. Apibūdinti draudimo paslaugų darbo organizavimą teoriniu aspektu. 2. Įvertinti UADBB ,,Drautoda“ teikiamų paslaugų organizavimą. 3. Pateikti UADBB ,,Drautoda“ paslaugų organizavimo gerinimo galimybes. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės teorinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, anketinė apklausa ir jos rezultatų analizė. Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys: teorinė, analitinė ir projektinė. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama paslaugos samprata, darbo organizavimo svarba, draudimo paslaugų organizavimo ypatumai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika, tyrimo metodika, analizuojami tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos UADBB ,,Drautoda“ paslaugų organizavimo gerinimo galimybės.	en_US
