To identify the theoretical aspects of stakeholder management and stakeholder management practices in the "Omega" project implemented by Kaunas Public Health Center. Objectives of the professional BA thesis. Stakeholder management in the project "Omega" implemented by Kaunas Public Health Center. Methods of the professional BA thesis. Analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis, document analysis, semi-structured interview method. The structure. The first part of the work presents the theoretical fundamentals of project stakeholder management, including the development of the concept of stakeholders, classification, management processes, strategies, and methods of involvement. The analytical part of the thesis presents the case analysis of the "Omega" project, research methodology of the organization, document analysis, research results, and their interpretation. The project part identifies stakeholders of the "Omega" project and presents the stakeholder management improvement program. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo tikslas. Nustatyti teorinius suinteresuotųjų šalių valdymo aspektus bei suinteresuotųjų šalių valdymo praktiką Kauno miesto savivaldybės sveikatos biuro įgyvendinamame projekte „Omega“. Darbo metodai. Darbe naudojama mokslinės literatūros analizė, lyginamoji analizė, dokumentų analizė, pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu metodas. Darbo struktūra. Pirmoje darbo dalyje pateikiami projekto suinteresuotųjų šalių valdymo teoriniai pagrindai: suinteresuotųjų šalių sampratos raida, klasifikacija, valdymo procesai, strategijos bei įtraukimo metodai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pristatoma projekto „Omega“ atvejo analizė, tyrimo metodika ir organizavimas, atliekama dokumentų analizė, pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai ir interpretavimas. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos projekto „Omega“ suinteresuotosios šalys bei pristatoma suinteresuotųjų šalių valdymo tobulinimo programa. | en_US |
