dc.description	The aim of professional BA thesis. To analyze and examine the main problems of aspects of qualification aspects of negligent deprivation of life. Research methods. Description, analytical, linguistic, comparative methods have been used in the research. The description method has been used to study the concept of careless talking of life, the type of guilt; analytical method has been used to unfold the content of the work and analyze the significance of the problems; linguistic research method has been applied to explain the terms; compare methods has been used to compare the qualifications and law cases in other countries. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The theoretical part discusses the development and concept of careless deprivation of life. The analytical part analyzes the compososition analysis and the delimitation of careless deprivation of life and murder. The project part analyzes the case law.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti bei išnagrinėti pagrindines neatsargaus gyvybės atėmimo kvalifikavimo aspektų problemas. Darbo metodai. Naudojami aprašomasis, analitinis, lingvistinis, lyginamasis metodai: aprašomąjį metodą panaudojau išnagrinėti neatsargaus gyvybės atėmimo sampratą, kaltės rūšis; analitinį – norint atskleisti ir išanalizuoti darbo turinį taikant problemos svarbą; lingvistinį – paaiškinti terminų sąvokas, lyginamąjį – palyginti užsienio šalių teisės aktus. Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama neatsargaus gyvybės atėmimo raida bei samprata. Analitinėje dalyje analizuojama sudėties analizė bei neatsargaus gyvybės atėmimo ir nužudymo atribojimas. Projektinėje dalyje yra analizuojama teisminė praktika.	en_US
