| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. An analysis of the issues at stake has shown that proof of the fact of violence is still considered a complex process, and further protection of a child who has been abused during a pre-trial investigation is not always adequately provided. Research methods. Analysis of scientific literature, case law and legal acts, statistical analysis of survey data based on the data of the Lithuanian Department of Statistics have been used in the research. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The first part discusses the theoretical aspects of juvenile victims of domestic violence. The second part defines the problems of legal regulation of protection of minors who are victims of domestic violence.
