| dc.description | The aim of the professional BA thesis. Identification, highlighting and evaluation of theoretical and practical problems related to the engagement into an economic, commercial, financial or professional activity. Research methods. Descriptive, analytical, linguistic and comparative methods were applied in the research. The structure of the professional BA thesis. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses the engagement into illegal economic, commercial, financial or professional activity qualification and the historical development of legal regulation. The second chapter analyses the characteristics of criminal activity and their delimitation from administrative liability. The third chapter reviews the problems of qualifying and proof in case-law. Conclusions are presented at the end of the thesis. | en_US |

Teorinių ir praktinių problemų, susijusių su neteisėtu vertimosi ūkine, komercine, finansine ar profesine veikla sudėties požymiai, identifikavimas, išryškinimas, bei jų įvertinimas. Darbo metodai. Profesiniame bakalauro baigiamajame darbe buvo naudojami: aprašomasis, analitinis, lingvistinis ir lyginamasis metodai. Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmame skyriuje aptariama neteisėto vertimosi ūkine, komercine, finansine ar profesine veikla kvalifikavimas ir teisinio reglamentavimo istorinė raida; antrame skyriuje analizuojami nusikalstamos veikos požymiai ir jų atribojimas nuo administracinės atsakomybės; trečiame skyriuje apžvelgiamos kvalifikavimo ir įrodinėjimo problemos teismų praktikoje.
