Transportation nowadays is one of the most important processes in our daily life. Without this process, we would not be able to quickly and easily deliver any goods or services from point A to point B. It is also main key in dealing with any natural exchange or trade, any movement. BA thesis consists of the theoretical part in which I have been distributing the opinions of various sources and authors, to get information that will help to better understand transportation processes and their principles. The analytical part discusses the company's activity, identifies problem situations, looks for the reasons for their occurrence, and presents possible solutions. In the pracical part, I presented the results, calculations and conclusions about the application of theoretical and practical methods in the company, which will help to understand how strongly and what benefits could the improvement and correction of certain processes bring. The aim of the work is to evaluate the ability of analyzed company to select theoretical and practical methods that allows to make management of transportation processes more efficient and to optimize them in UAB „Unlimited Carrier”. BA thesis uses analysis of theoretical information collected by various authors, analyzes universal methods of solving transportation problems, evaluates and systematizes the performance indicators of the company. Also reviews the internal and external environment of the company using SWOT and PEST analysis methods. Results of BA thesis showed that by improving the inefficient part of the transportation process, a significant amount of money would be saved and profit should increase. It is possible to achieve this by properly applying the offers made at work and by strictly supervising compliance with the guidelines, monitoring the results, analyzing and quantifying the problem that is encountered individually within the shortest possible time from the occurrence of the problem. The final work consists of 52 pages, 3 tables, 11 pictures, 38 references and sources of information, 1 appendice.	en

Analitinėje darbo dalyje apžvelgiama įmonės veiklos informacija, problemos, su kuriomis ji susiduria, pateikiami ir analizuojami sprendimo metodai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamas probleminės situacijos sprendimas, apžvelgiami gauti rezultatai, skaičiavimai, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.	en_US
