The efficiency of UAB „Kauno Švara“ was researched by way of financial analysis. The chosen topic is topical in order to improve the efficiency of the company's operations in order to increase profits and expand business. It is worth considering this topic, since only the effective work will reach their goal. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – Will the company's operational efficiency be objectively evaluated when examining company financial statements and other documents used solely for financial analysis? The aim of the (professional BA thesis): To analyze and forecast the financial statements of UAB „Kauno švara“. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): to investigate the theoretical methods of the company's operational effectiveness research. To analyze and evaluate the operational efficiency of UAB „Kauno Švara“. To anticipate changes in performance in the future. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature of lithuanian and foreign authors; analysis of documents reflecting the activities of UAB "Kauno Švara", carried out using various methods of financial analysis - analysis of dynamics and structure, analysis of chain and base changes; comparative data analysis, benchmark analysis, forecasting, graphic representation using Microsoft Office Excel program; To summary. The structure: The theoretical part discusses the concept of operational efficiency, evaluation methods and indicators, analyzes the resources intended to achieve operational efficiency. Emphasizing the benefits of forecasting in order to maintain effective performance and improve results. In the practical part of the work, an UAB „Kauno švara“ operational efficiency research is performed using the company's financial statements, manager's reports and other documents, a comparative analysis of the performance indicators, using financial analysis and forecasting methods. The results: UAB „Kauno švara“ waste management department worked most profitably and most efficiently. The company effectively managed assets, inventories, debt repayments by buyers and suppliers was faster than other companies. The performance and cash cycle was effective. The company has been profitable all year round and was solvent. The predicted performance indicators are not very different from the current ones and show the same current problem that is currently facing - high costs and their future growth.	en
