dc.description	The topic of the final thesis is Energy Factory in EnergoLT office space. The office design carries out important functions in the company’s life and various office design solutions has direct influence on the enterprise performance. On the other hand, the design of the office is a part of the company's image. It may reflect organizational culture, the nature of the company’s activities and sometimes even philosophy. The creation of office interior design needs not only to take into consideration the latest design trends but also to take into account the needs of the enterprise to which the interior is created. Kaunas has become popular amongst foreign investors, which need new A class office premises. In addition to potential foreign investors, new and modern offices are needed for enterprises which have worked for a long time in the old, sometimes Soviet Heritage buildings. After working in not so pleasant conditions companies decided to move to newer modern offices. The CEO of the EnergoLT enterprise has decided to invest into an old building complex Krėvės pr 120. They decided to reconstruct it and to adapt the third floor for their new office space. From its establishment EnergoLTh has been located in small premises in the Kaunas Old Town, which at the moment is already too tight for the company’s needs. Existing interior in general does not have consistent style elements. So the object of this work is interior design project of EnergoLT new premises. The final objective is to design functional, original and modern EnergoLT office interior project which would meet the needs of the enterprise. For this purpose, were selected and implemented tasks: identify the customer needs, characteristics and requirements; describe the current situation and to provide analogues analysis; to design the functional layout the office that meets the needs of the customer; present the interior design concept; create EnergoLT interior project; and to present it in 3d model. The main element of the concept of this interior is wind turbine, since one of the company’s development area is linked with wind energy. The main structural interior elements which put the emphasis on enterprise activities and the is allusion to wind turbine size. There are supersized pictures of wind turbine parts on the glass partitions; some lamps are manufactured of the node of the rotor of wind turbine; meeting rooms are created from one segment of wind turbine tower; the end of the wing is used as a decorative hanger for coats. Office rooms are named parks as a hint to a wind parks and the rooms are linked by led light like an open electrical cord. Thus, after analysis of the main requirements of the company there was created the office interior design which meets the needs of the company, is linked to company’s image and is attractive to office employees.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo tema - Energijos fabrikas EnergoLT biuro erdvėje. Biuro interjeras atlieka daug reikšmingų funkcijų įmonės veikloje, o įvairūs biuro interjero sprendimai turi tiesioginės įtakos įmonės veiklos rezultatams. Iš kitos pusės – biuro interjeras tai yra ir pačios įmonės įvaizdžio dalis, interjeras gali atspindėti ir kompanijos organizacinę kultūrą, veiklos pobūdį ir filosofiją. Kuriant biuro interjerą reikia ne tik paisyti naujausių dizaino tendencijų bet ir atsižvelgti į pačio kliento t.y. įmonės, kuriai kuriamas interjeras, poreikius. Kaunas tapo populiarus tarp užsienio investuotojų, kuriems reikia naujų biuro patalpų atitinkančių A klasę. Be potencialių investuotojų iš užsienio modernūs biurai Kaune yra reikalingi ir įmonėms kurios ilgą laiką dirbo senose, kartais tarybinio paveldo pastatuose. Ilgai pradirbę nemaloniomis sąlygomis, senos statybos pastatuose, įmonės nusprendė investuoti į naujus, modernius, patogesnius biurus. Įmonės EnergoLT vadovai nusprendė investuoti į senos statybos pastatų kompleksą Krėvės pr 120, rekonstruoti jį ir įsirengti ten naujas administracines patalpas. Nuo pat savo veiklos pradžios EnergoLT įsikūrusi mažose patalpose Kauno Senamiestyje, kurios šiuo metu jau yra perpildytos. Egzistuojantis interjeras apskritai neturi vientiso stiliaus elementų. Taigi baigiamojo darbo objektas – įmonės EnergoLT administracinių patalpų interjero projektas. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – suprojektuoti funkcionalų, originalų ir šiuolaikišką EnergoLT biuro interjero projektą, kuris atitiktų įmonės poreikius. Šiam tikslui buvo išskirti ir įgyvendinti uždaviniai: nustatyti kliento EnergoLT poreikius, savybes bei reikalavimus; apibūdinti esamą situaciją ir pateikti analogų analizę; nubraižyti biuro patalpų planą, planinę struktūrą, atitinkantį kliento poreikius; pateikti EnergoLT interjero koncepciją; parengti EnergoLT interjero projektą; Paruošti interjero projektą 3d formatu. Pagrindinis interjero koncepcijos elementas- vėjo jėgainė, kadangi viena iš kompanijos vystymo sričių susijusi su vėjo energetika. Pagrindiniai interjero konstruktyviniai elementai kuriais pabrėžiama įmonės veikla ir įmonės sukuriamas įvaizdis t.y. užuominos į vėjo jėgainės dydį: foto plėvelė ant stiklinių pertvarų su priartintomis vėjo jėgainių nuotraukomis; šviestuvai pagaminti iš jėgainės kupolo dalies; apvalūs susirinkimo kambariai pagaminti iš realių vėjo jėgainės bokšto konstrukcijos elementų; jėgainės sparnuotė galiukas panaudotas kaip dekoratyvi pakaba rūbams. Kabinetai pavadinti parkais, kaip užuomina į vėjo jėgainių parkus, kuriuos jungia led juosta grindyse ir lubose tarsi atviras elektros laidas. Taigi išanalizavus užsakovo reikalavimus buvo sukurtas interjeras atitinkantis įmonės poreikius, turintis sąryšį su įmonės įvaizdžiu ir patrauklus įmonės darbuotojams.	en_US
