dc.description	The theme of my project is – conceptual graphic design object “Gamta ir ekologija” (“Nature and ecology”). This is an illustrative graphic design work, which, by using the information provided, would present the reader with Lithuanian nature and the existing ecological problems in it. Nowadays clean and eco-friendly living is gaining more and more traction, yet there are still people who don’t see any reason to change their harmful way of life. Every single day technology is improving the way we receive the latest information about the ecological problems in our country. However, more often than not, a typical Lithuanian resident will not consider these problems important enough to take serious action. Drawings of landscapes and graphic illustrations which would highlight the provided facts were created in order to fulfill this projects theme. This publication is aimed at Lithuanian citizens of any age, who wish to shed light on the topic of Lithuanian ecology. Using graphic drawings and landscape illustrations, created by myself, I wish to intrigue the reader in examining the facts presented about the state of Lithuanian nature and its pollution. With the contrast of beautiful nature and polluted cities I am trying to draw attention to the seriousness of the problems mentioned. Only by familiarizing with the ecological problems our country is facing, citizens are able to make the right decisions in helping to fix the situation. Key findings and conclusions – I believe that I have achieved my goals and, by creating a unique design project, filled with Lithuanian landscapes and graphic illustrations highlighting the facts provided, I have created a truly unique and eye catching publication on the topic of Lithuanian ecology.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Mano pasirinkta darbo tema – konceptualus grafinio dizaino objektas „Gamta ir ekologija“. Tai yra iliustracinis grafikos kūrinys, kuris faktais pateikta informacija, supažindintų skaitovą su Lietuvos gamta, bei jau esamomis ekologijos problemomis. Šiais laikais švari ir ekologiška gyvensena įgauna vis daugiau populiarumo, tačiau iki šiol yra žmonių, kurie nemato priežasties pakeisti savo esamą, taršų gyvenimo būdą. Kiekvieną dieną, tobulėjant informacinėms technologijoms, tampa vis lengviau gauti reikalingą informaciją apie esamas problemas. Tačiau dažnam Lietuvos piliečiui šios problemos neatrodo pakankamai rimtos, kad imtis drastiškų veiksmų. Šiai temai įgyvendinti buvo sukurti gamtos peizažų piešiniai ir grafinės iliustracijos, paryškinančios faktus esančius leidinyje. Šis leidinys yra skirtas įvairaus amžiaus žmonėms ir ne tik Lietuvos gyventojams, norintiems apsišviesti Lietuvos ekologijos tema. Savo kurtais grafiniais piešiniais ir peizažų iliustracijomis noriu sudominti žiūrovą išnagrinėti pateiktus faktus apie Lietuvos gamtą bei jos taršą. Su gražios gamtos ir užterštų miestų iliustracijų kontrastu siekiu atkreipti dėmesį į pateiktų problemų svarbą. Tik susipažinę su esamomis ekologijos problemomis, gyventojai gali priimti teisingus sprendimus, siekiant pagerinti padėtį Lietuvoje. Svarbiausi rezultatai bei išvados – manau, kad pasiekiau užsibrėžtų tikslų ir, sukūrus unikalų dizaino objektą, vaizduojantį Lietuvos gamtos peizažų piešinius bei grafines iliustracijas, kurios paryškina pateiktus faktus, buvo sukurtas netradicinis grafinio dizaino objektas Lietuvos ekologijos tema.	en_US
