Selected equipment for the production process: DSI horizontal refrigerator, Baader 189 filing machine, Baader 51 skin removing device, Mesutronic metal detector. All production equipment located at 1383,5 m2. To ensure product safety and quality at CCP in the company: • metal control in products (metal detectors detects each batch of the packages). • room, storage temperature (automatic temperature measure ment in the warehous eusing a computer system, manual temperature measurement in the room using a thermometer). |
