The third part will describe the identified problem, the improvement of logistical processes in the manufacturing company. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - improper management of logistics processes, reduces production efficiency. What are the main problems in production and how to solve them. | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje bus aptariama logistikos procesai teoriniu aspektu, kas yra logistika, gamybos logistika, sandėliavimas. Antroje darbo dalyje bus pristatoma bendra informacija apie įmonę, analizuojama išorinė ir vidinė aplinka, kuri daro įtaką įmonei, atliekamas tyrimas. Trečioje dalyje bus aprašoma identifikuota problema, bei logistinių procesų tobulinimas gamybinėje įmonėje. Darbo problema-netinkamas logistikos procesų valdymas, mažina gamybos efektyvumą. Kokios yra pagrindinės problemos gamyboje ir kaip jas išspręsti. Darbo tikslas- išanalizuoti logistikos procesų tobulinimo galimybes.
