dc.description	This paper presents an analysis of scientific literature, which analyzes the functional areas of logistics, existing logistic processes also transporting and warehousing. The history of UAB “Palink“, its activity, types of warehouses of Panevėžys Logistics Center and their functions were analyzed. The external environment of the company is presented: economic, political, competitors, suppliers and buyers, as well as the internal environment: management structures, UAB “Palink“ SWOT analysis and qualitative research were carried out. The research reveals the main problems encountered by employees of the Panevezys Logistics Center's Milk and Meat warehouse during the provision processes. Based on scientific literature and analytical information of the company, possible solutions to problems are presented. The main problem of the professional BA thesis: Mistakes in the provision processes of the UAB “Palink” Milk and Meat warehouse in Panevėžys Logistics Center and their influence to the synchronization of goods distribution. The aim of the professional BA thesis: To analyze the theoretical material and logistics processes of UAB “Palink” and to provide project solutions for the improvement of provision processes. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: Activity of UAB “Palink” Milk and Meat warehouse in Panevėžys Logistics Center. Methods of the professional BA thesis: Scientific literature analysis, qualitative research, interviews, discussion, analysis of company activity, analysis of legal documents. The structure: The first part analyses the logistics processes from a theoretical point of view. The analytical part discusses general information about the company, uses the warehousing management system, logistics processes, used IT systems and conducts qualitative interview, presents the results of the research, clarifies the processes of improvement of the company. The project part presents solutions to problem situations, suggestions and recommendations for improvement. The results: After analysing the company's activity and qualitative research, it was clarified that the main problems arising in the UAB “Palink” Panevėžys logistics center's Milk and Meat warehouse are the unsatisfactory warehouse infrastructure and the inequality of suppliers' schedules for the unloading of goods. In order to solve these problems, it is proposed to build a new ramp and redistribute the supplier schedule by grading the deliveries from the most important to the least important ones.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo pirmoje dalyje atliekama logistikos procesų analizė teoriniu aspektu. Analitinėje darbo dalyje aptariama bendroji informacija apie įmonę, naudojama verslo valdymo sistema, logistikos procesai, naudojamos IT sistemos bei atliekamas kokybinis interviu, pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai, išaiškinti įmonės procesų tobulinimo variantai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami probleminės situacijos sprendimo būdai, pasiūlymai, rekomendacijos tobulinimui.	en_US
