| dc.description | Work explanation: right and succesful competitive analysis of activities results bigger income, better bussines future. Competitive analysis of activities helps firm to improve their work, comparing themselfs with competitors cons and pluses, to increase their income and customer loyality. Work problem: how to stay UAB "Juviga" 101 kepyklele competitive company (bakery in Kaunas, Vyrauto pr. 24 example) Work purpose: to analyse UAB "Juviga" 101 bakery surrounding competitive (bakery in Kaunas, Vytauto pr. 24 example ) Final work methods: analisis of scientific literature, statistical analysis of data, statistical analysis of secondary data methods. Quantitative research method: written survey. Work structure: in the theoretical part discussed about surrounding competitives, strategy of surrounding competitives and competitives analysis. Second part is about UAB "Juviga" bakery ( bakery in Kaunas, Vytauto pr. 24 example) activities, research method and organization, research results and their generalization. In the part of the project, solutions are given in the analytical part for solving problems, as well as calculations showing the benefits provided by the offer. Conclusions and recommendations have been given at the end of work. Work results: according to the results of the survey questionnaire, ideas how to improve were presented. Decisions were made by concentrating on the negative factors of the company's respondents. Proposals: to expand the assortment, to improve the work of the personnel, to increase the advertising, to publish competitions, to extend the working hours of the bakery. | en |
