| dc.description | Akvilė Irtmonaitė (dental technology study program) completed the final work, the topic of which is “Comparative analysis of arch denture materials using „Bredent“, „Vertex“, „Valplas“ materials. In this final work, a literary and scientific comparative analysis was performed using three different materials for arch dentures: „Bredent“, „Vertex“, and „Valplast“. The comparison was based on two key aspects of the production of arch dentures: aesthetics and functionality. An analysis of the scientific literature highlights the advantages and disadvantages of the manufacturers of these three substances. A brief description of their production stages. Thesis topic: Comparative analysis of arch denture materials using „Bredent“, „Vertex“, „Valplast“ Key words: „Vertex“, „Bredent“, „Valpast“. Relevance of the topic: One of the most important things when choosing a removable arch denture is to consider not only aesthetics, but also functionality. Today, a great alternative to arch dentures is thermoplastic arch dentures, which have the advantage of no allergic reaction, the prosthesis is made without the use of free monomer, so it does not cause allergies and is a great alternative for patients who are allergic to acrylic plastics and metal. Thermoplastic arch dentures prevent the accumulation of oral microflora in the base of the prosthesis, do not absorb odors, are resistant to oral fluids and the wearable prosthesis does not change color for a long time if hygiene is observed. Research problem: Which material „Bredent“, „Valplast“ or „Vertex“ is best for functional and aesthetic restoration of arch dentures? Object of research: Comparative analysis of arch denture materials using „Bredent“, „Vertex“, „Valplast“ materials. The aim of the final work is to analyze the strength, strength and color of removable arch dentures from „Bredent“, „vertex“ and „valplast“. Work tasks: 1. To reveal the advantages and disadvantages of thermoplastic arch dentures. 2. To describe the stages of production of thermoplastic arch dentures. 3. To compare the properties of „Bredent“, „Vertex“ and „Valplast“ materials for removable arch dentures - flexibility, color and hardness. | dc.description.abstract | Akvilė Irtmonaitė (dantų technologijos studijų programa) atliko baigiamąjį darbą, kurio tema yra „Lankinių dantų protezų medžiagų lyginamoji analizė naudojant „Bredent“, „Vertex“, „Valplast“ medžiagas. Darbo vadovė asist. Inga Vasilavičiūtė. Kauno kolegija, Medicinos fakultetas, Burnos sveikatos katedra. Kaunas, 2020. Šiame baigiamajame darbe buvo atlikta literatūrinė ir mokslinė lyginamoji analizė naudojant tris skirtingas lankinių dantų protezų medžiagas: „Bredent“ „Vertex“, „Valplast“. Lyginant buvo remiantis dviem svarbiausiais lankinių dantų protezų gamybos aspektais: estetiką ir funkcionalumu. Analizuojant mokslinę literatūrą išskiriami šių trijų medžiagų gamintojų privalumai ir trūkumai. Trumpai aprašoma jų gamybos etapai. Darbo tema: Lankinių dantų protezų medžiagų lyginamoji analizę naudojant „Bredent“, „Vertex“, „Valplast“ medžiagas. Pagrindiniai žodžiai: „Vertex“, „Bredent“, „Valplast“. Temos aktualumas: Vienas iš svarbiausiu dalyku renkantis išimamąjį lankinį dantų protezą yra atsižvelgti ne tik į estetiką, bet ir į funkcionalumą. Šių dienų puiki lankinio dantų protezo alternatyva yra termoplastinis lankinis dantų protezas, kurio privalumas - nėra alerginės reakcijos, protezas pagamintas nenaudojant laisvojo monomero, todėl nesukelia alergijos ir yra puiki alternatyva pacientams kurie alergiški akrilinėms plastmasėms ir metalui. Termoplastinis lankinis dantų protezas neleidžia protezo bazėje susikaupti burnos mikroflorai, nesugeria kvapų, yra atsparus burnos skysčiams ir ilgai nešiojamas protezas nekeičia spalvos, jei laikomasi higienos. Tyrimo problema: Kuri medžiaga „Bredent“, „Valplast“ ar „Vertex“ yra geriausia lankinių dantų protezų funkciniam ir estetiniam atstatymui? Tyrimo objektas: Lankinių dantų protezų medžiagų lyginamoji analizė naudojant „Bredent“, „Vertex“, „Valplast“ medžiagas. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti išimamųjų lankinių dantų protezų iš „Bredent“, „Vertex“ ir „Valplast“, medžiagų lankstumą tvirtumą ir spalvą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti termoplastinių lankinių dantų protezų privalumus ir trūkumus. 2. Aprašyti termoplastinių lankinių dantų protezų gamybos etapus. 3. Palyginti išimamųjų lankinių dantų protezų „Bredent“, „Vertex“ ir „Valplast“ medžiagų savybes – lankstumą, spalvą ir kietumą. Tyrimo metodai: Mokslinė ir profesinė literatūros analizė. | en_US |
