dc.description Organizations are now faced with a lack of motivation for employees to work, which determines organizational performance. The approach to motivating employees is also changing due to the fact that a well prepered employee motivation promotion program effectively using human resources and thus results in better organizacional performance. The main problem of the - in manufacturing section of “Mantinga“ UAB constantly undergoes staff turnover. A quarter of employees leave their job before the end of 3 months period. The lack of manufacturing staff of motivation to work. “Mantinga“ UAB manufacturing staff constantly undergoes a change of staff. The aim of the – improving the employee motvation system of “Mantinga“ UAB. Objectives of the: based on scientific theories and analytical information from the company, to investigate the motivation of “Mantinga“ UAB manufacturing staff to minimize personnel turnover and make suggestions for improvement of the motivation system of the factory workers. Methods of the – analysis of scientific literature, analysis of company documents, quantitative questionnaire survey and qualitative interview survey. The structure – the theoretical part reviews the aspects of employee motivation, motives, motivational system, motivational models, motivating factors and personnel stabilization measures. In the second part of the work it is sought to find out the factors motivating employees of ‘’Mantinga’’ UAB manufacturing staff and the research is carried out. In the third part - the proposals for improvement of motivation measures of manufacturing staff of “Mantinga“ UAB. The results of the research show that the elements of motivation system do not fully satisfied the needs of employees. Proposals should help to supplement the staff development system to adding an adaptation facilitating tool. It is also proposed that In the face of the huge need of workers to offer them a job rotation in order to save their employees. en
dc.description.abstract Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje apžvelgiama darbuotojų motyvacijos, motyvų, motyvavimo sistemos, motyvacijos modelių, motyvuojančių veiksnių ir personalo kaitą stabilizuojančių priemonių aspektai. Antroje darbo dalyje siekiama išsiaiškinti UAB „Mantinga“ gamybos skyriaus darbuotojų motyvaciją skatinančius veiksnius, atliekamas tyrimas. Trečioje dalyje - pateikti pasiūlymai UAB „Mantinga“ gamybos skyriaus darbuotojų motyvacijos priemonių tobulinimui. en_US
