dc.description	The bachelor's thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the work describes the Lean system and its application in modern logistics. The second analytical part analyzes the company's activities, SWOT analyzes, describes the quality standards, the company's5 management structure and the legal aspects that guide the company. Warehouse process activities and services are analyzed. A company survey is conducted based on interviews with employees to find out the disruptions in the warehouse processes and their causes. The results of the interview research are presented. The third part provides suggestions and recommendations for solving the problem. The aim of research: application of the most appropriate Lean method for warehouse process management. To describe the main theoretical aspects of the Lean system by compring the features of different authors. To analyze the activities of the company UAB “Hegelmann Logistics”. Find out the causes of problems in warehouse processes. Make suggestions on how to improve warehouse management and eliminate problems by applying appropriate Lean methods, improving warehouse productivity. The methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, analysis of the company's activity data, research based on semi-structured structured interviews, content analysis, graphical representation by interviewing the company's employees.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Bakalaurinis darbas susideda iš trijų dalių. Pirmoje darbo dalyje yra aprašoma Lean sistema ir jos pritaikymas šiuolaikinėje logistikoje. Antrojoje analitinėje dalyje analizuojama įmonės veikla, SSGG analizės, aprašomi kokybės standartai, įmonės valdymo struktūra ir teisiniai aspektai kuriais vadovaujasi įmonė. Analizuojama sandėlio procesų veikla, paslaugos. Atliekamas įmonės tyrimas remiantis interviu darbuotojams, siekiant išsiaiškinti, sandėlio procesuose vykstančius trikdžius ir jų priežastis. Pateikiami interviu tyrimo rezultatai. Trečiojoje dalyje pateikiami problemos sprendimo pasiūlymai ir rekomendacijos. Darbo tikslas - išanalizavus UAB „Hegelmann Logistics“ sandėlio procesų gerinimo poreikį, pateikti Lean metodų taikymo galimybes. Darbo metodai – mokslinės literatūros analizė ir sintezė, įmonės veiklos duomenų analizė, pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu, turinio analizės, grafinis vaizdavimas.	en_US
